Adrien Broner vs Jessie Vargas Undercard Photos

BROOKLYN (April 22, 2018) – Former multiple division world champions Adrien Broner and Jessie Vargas fought 12-rounds of riveting skillful action, only for the bout to end in an anti-climatic majority draw Saturday night on SHOWTIME.

Along with the evening’s maintain event, former world champions Jermall Charlo and Gervonta Davis authored a pair of show-stealing performances with far more definitive conclusions. Both fighters electrified the atmosphere at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, as 13,964 fans rooted them on during their explosive second and third round knockouts, respectively.

Those bouts cemented the televised Showtime card as arguably being the network’s most entertaining event of 2018, and the highlight-reel action was emblematic of Premier Boxing Champions’ prowess with organizing must-see triple-headers.

However, heading into the event the card’s preliminary bouts included several intriguing prospects, as well as veteran fighters Rau’Shee Warren and Heather Hardy.

Unofficially, the following fighters all picked up wins: Rau’Shee Warren vs Juan Gabriel Medina, Heather Hardy vs Iranda Paola Torres, George Arias vs Tyrell Wright, Fabian Maidana vs Justin Savi, Gary Antuanne Russell vs Andrew Rodgers, Dylan Price vs Edson Neri, and Desmond Jarmon vs Kendrick Latchman.

Richardson Hitchins, not pictured, also defeated Alexander Charneco by first round knockout.

Mayweather Promotions promoted fighters Richardson Hitchins and Dylan Price were also victorious in their outings.
