DFS NBA DraftKings Lineup Advice 3/14/19
I’ve been coped up in the house all day as I am in Denver and we are in the middle of blizzard. Having just moved back here from Florida in July this is the first time I have dealt with this kind of weather in nearly a decade, not fun. Anyway, have a smallish Thursday slate but DFS is DFS so let’s get to it.

Top Plays
Kyrie Irving (Boston) $8,900 vs. Sacramento
None of the matchups that the higher priced stars have look really favorable. I can’t even get behind KAT against Utah. If he plays, and I always seem to be wrong about Kyrie when it comes to suiting up, the matchup against the Kings is really good. If you recall, I think I Top played him last time out against the Kings only for him to wind up not playing. $8,900 is a good price for Kyrie in a fast paced game, and he should be able to reach value here.

Marc Gasol (Toronto) $5900 vs. L.A. Lakers

This is kinda a weird pick considering Marc Gasol has not done much or had to for the most part with the Raptors. I make this pick because we know Serge Ibaka is out for this game, which means Gasol gets to go against the Lakers subpar center play. Gasol is averaging 35.1 fantasy points per game against the Lakers this season and that is around where we want him to be for this matchup.

D.J. Augustin $4,400 versus Cleveland, Ante Zizic $4,000 @ Orlando, Gary Harris $3,900 versus Dallas
Neva Plays
Russell Westbrook $10,900 @ Indiana
Coming off a game the previous night against Nets, this is not a great spot for Russ. The Pacers are a tough defensive team and regardless of what he does against Brooklyn, Westbrook has not been in top form recently (at least by his amazing standards). He needs around 55 points to reach value here which is quite possible, but I will personally take Kyrie’s upside over his on this slate.
