DFS NBA FanDuel Spreadsheet & Values 11/1/17 *Updated*

Normally Jared Fox would bring you his DraftKings values on Wednesday. Unfortunately, Halloween will prevent him from supplying that today. Instead, I’ll post some of my Fanduel values, some of which should translate to Draftkings, and around noon on Wednesday, I’ll attach my spreadsheet to this article.

NBA FanDuel Spreadsheet 11/1/17

*Players must be under $5,500 to qualify as a value

Point Guard

Derrick Rose (CLE) $5,000 vs IND

NBA FanDuel Lineup 11/1/17The Cavs are a mess right now.Their record sits at 3-and-4 after a loss to the Knicks and a blowout loss to the Pelicans. I won’t go as far as to say Rose is going to fix any of their issues, but he can supply some much-needed scoring. He played 31 minutes in his return from injury last game against New York and tonight gets a good matchup with the eighth worst team defending the point guard. At $5,000, Rose is worth the risk and has the upside for GPPs.

Jarrett Jack (NY) $5,200 vs HOU

I feel like Jack is about 97-years old and played with Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. This guy just never seems to go away. He has been in the league since 2005 and had his previous two seasons cut short by season-ending injuries. Yet here he is with the Knicks, his ninth team in his 13th NBA season, and he is fantasy relevant again. He is averaging over 30 minutes and 25 FanDuel points over his last three games, and a matchup with the high-paced Rockets will ensure he hits those averages again tonight.

Others I like: T.J. McConnell $5,000, De’Aaron Fox $5,300

Shooting Guard

Tyreke Evans (MEM) $5,400 vs ORL

Evans has been a pleasant surprise coming off the bench for the Grizzlies. He has scored double-digits NBA points in five of his last six games and has only had fewer than five rebounds once in those six games. His plays a Magic team that does not give up a lot of fantasy points in general to shooting guards, but they do allow the seventh most rebounds to the position. Evans should be able to put up a near double-double tonight.

Tim Hardaway Jr. $5,200 vs HOU

I know what you are thinking, “Here we go again”. I know, I had given up on him as well, but then the one night I don’t take a chance on him he scores 55.8 FanDuel points. Go figure. Tonight he gets an excellent matchup with the Rockets, he is as risky as they come, but he might be worth the risk for his upside.

Others I like: Kris Dunn $4,700, E’Twaun Moore $4,300

Small Forward

Joe Ingles (UTA) $5,400 vs POR

NBA FanDuel Lineup 11/1/17Ingles had a terrible outing against the Jazz scoring only three points, but still managed to put up 26.2 FanDuel points with his six rebounds, six assists and three steals. He gets a better matchup in a “pace-up” game with the Blazers tonight, and his price-tag is still very attractive.

Kelly Oubre Jr. (WAS) vs PHO $5,100

Since opening night Oubre has alternated good games with bad games and he is coming off a bad game against the Kings, meaning he is due a good game. He couldn’t get a better matchup than the Suns. Expect him to flirt with 30 FanDuel points tonight.

Others I like: Jonathon Simmons $5,000

Power Forward

Dirk Nowitzki (DAL) $5,100 @ LAC

There isn’t much to like at PF in the “value” range, but if you need steady, cheap, production for your cash game lineups, you could do worse than Nowitzki. He has had at least 23 Fanduel points in six of his last seven games while averaging around 25 minutes per. I’m probably paying up at this position, but if you want to be contrarian, go with Dirk.

Center

Bam Adebayo (MIA) $3,400 vs CHI

This play is only relevant if Hassan Whiteside (knee) misses this game. He is currently listed as questionable, and will likely be a game-time decision, but is he sits, Adebayo will be an elite value play at $3,400. The Bulls give up 55.22 FanDuel points to opposing centers, and Adebayo minutes have gone up in each of the last three games as has his production.
