Week 11- I had all the confidence in the world regarding my value plays and they failed spectacularly. In week 12, its tough sledding mining for value so hopefully the ones I mention hit!
Please note, a ton can (and will) change between article posting and kickoff, follow me on Twitter for all my thoughts on additional value coming and going before lineups lock.
QUARTERBACK
Carson Wentz ($5,600), Philadelphia Eagles vs. Seattle Seahawks:
RUNNING BACK
Bo Scarbrough ($4,200), Detroit Lions at Washington Redskins:
WIDE RECEIVER
N’Keal Harry ($3,300) New England Patriots vs Dallas Cowboys:
The Patriots are depleted at the WR front and the first round rookie received positive reports before an injury set him back. I am always willing to bet on the Patriots offense so at this price it’s a no brainer.
TIGHT END
Vance McDonald ($3,500), Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals:
Playmakers in Pittsburgh are few and far between thanks to some really bad luck when it comes to the injury bug. Vance is one of the only remaining reliable targets for the Steelers and if they move the ball through the air, my guess Vance will be a big part of it.
DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS
Denver Broncos ($2,400) at Buffalo Bills:
The Broncos are a really good defense and while they are on the road, they play a team that can make mistakes and take sacks. If I am paying down at defense this week, it will be to play the Bronco’s D.
