NFL DFS DraftKings Cash Game Lineup – Week 10 (Main Slate – 12 Games 11/13/16)

Each week, I’ll create a cash game lineup for DraftKings. Since this is usually posted by Wednesday, the cash game lineups may change slightly by Sunday.

In cash games, you should always look for each player to reach at least 3x value.

DraftKings Points/(Player Salary/1000) = Value

Example: If Carson Wentz has a $5,000 salary and scored 15 DraftKings (DK) points, Wentz would reach 3x value based on the formula below.

15 DK Points/($5,000/1,000) = 3x Value

I will also present a 3x stat line. The 3x stat line is not a projection, but a hypothetical stat line that would allow the player to reach three times his value. When creating your own cash game lineup, choose players who you believe can reach the 3x stat line. If you look at a player and don’t think he can reach the 3x stat line, consider choosing a different option in your own lineup.

Week 9 Lineup Review

Our week 9 lineup absolutely smashed cash games if you followed my Twitter pivots. pivots2

The lineup scored 179.78 DK points and cashed in every 50/50 I entered. Not only did the lineup cash, but it took first in multiple 100-player 50/50s. See last week’s lineup below. week-9-lineup

NFL DFS DraftKings Cash Game Lineup – Week 10

QB – Carson Palmer vs. (SF) – $6,500

Palmer has back-to-back 300 yard games and has thrown for at least 270 yards in all but one game this season. Palmer has a shot at the 300 yard bonus and multiple passing touchdowns, but this is less about Palmer, and more about locking up the Cardinals’ team total of 30.75 by playing both Palmer and David Johnson.

3x stat line: 275 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, 5 rushing yards = 19.5 DK Points

RB – Melvin Gordon vs. (MIA) – $7,100

Gordon has been amazing this season. His red zone role is unmatched in the NFL, and he’s seeing more than 20 carries a game while being involved in the passing attack as well. The Dolphins are 16th against the run (all defensive rankings are from Football Outsiders DVOA), and the Chargers are home favorites, likely leading to a positive games script for Gordon.

3x stat line: 20 carries, 88 rushing yards, 3 catches, 35 receiving yards, 1 total touchdown = 21.3 DK Points

RB – Darren Sproles vs. (ATL) – $4,300

Sproles has become the lead running back in Philadelphia. While he gives way to Ryan Mathews near the goal line, Sproles makes up for it with his receiving upside. Sproles has averaged eight targets per game over the past two weeks, and for $4,300, he’s a great value against a Falcons defense that is 17th against the run and 26th against running backs in the receiving game.

3x stat line: 8 carries, 43 rushing yards, 4 catches, 46 receiving yards = 12.9 DK Points

WR – Antonio Brown vs. (DAL) – $8,900

Any time Brown is at home with Ben Roethlisberger under center, he is one of the top options. The Cowboys are 17th against the pass, but will be without some key defenders in the secondary. Brown has double-digit targets in all but two games this season and has one of the highest floors each week.

3x stat line: 7 catches, 107 receiving yards, 1 receiving touchdown = 26.7 DK Points

WR – Rishard Matthews vs. (GB) – $4,200

Matthews has five touchdowns in the last five weeks. His snap count has increased over the past two weeks and is clearly the top wide receiver on the Titans. The Packers rank 16th against the pass and 25th against WR1s, and Marcus Mariota is playing well enough to assume Matthew’s production will continue.

3x stat line: 6 catches, 66 receiving yards = 12.6 DK Points

WR – J.J. Nelson vs. (SF) – $4,200

After seeing just six total targets in the first six weeks of the year, Nelson has 19 targets over his past two games. Nelson has become a starter in Arizona, and has speed to burn. With his volume he has a decent floor, and with his speed, he has incredible upside against the 49ers who have a limited pass rush allowing for plays to develop deep down the field.

3x stat line: 4 catches, 86 receiving yards = 12.6 DK Points

TE – Zach Miller at (TB) – $3,600

Miller had ten targets in the Bears last game with Jay Cutler, leading all Bears players. The Buccaneers actually rank 7th against the tight end, but have given up an average of 18.6 DK points per game over their past four contests.

3x stat line: 5 catches, 58 receiving yards = 10.8 DK Points

FLEX – David Johnson vs. (SF) – $8,400

The 49ers still play at the fastest pace in the league, meaning opposing teams against the 49ers will usually run more plays than in a typical week. The 49ers are 32nd against the run, and have given up at least 228 rushing yards to opposing running backs in each of their last three games. David Johnson should be 100% owned in cash games this week.

3x stat line: 19 carries, 102 rushing yards, 3 catches, 30 receiving yards, 1 total touchdown = 25.2 DK Points

D/ST – New York Jets vs. (LA) – $2,800

While the Jets defense isn’t great, they are 2nd against the run, which should limit Todd Gurley’s impact on the game. This leads the Rams to try to move the ball with Case Keenum. Keenum has 11 interceptions in eight games, and the Rams have given up 20 sacks this season.

3x stat line: 14-20 points against, 4 sacks, 2 turnovers = 9 DK Points (3.2x)
