With the final days of summer burning out into the best time of year, we can finally turn our attention to he best season and sport on Earth. That’s right, Week 1 is finally here, and despite Thursday nights flop of an opener, we have the opening weekend slate to now focus on. Here are the cash plays to put on your radar for this week.

Quarterback
Jared Goff (LAR) @ OAK $7,500 FD/$6,700 DK
The Oakland Raiders defense is bad, very bad. And they just traded there best player. Pro Football Focus had the Raiders graded out as the 23rd best defense in the league in 2017, with Khalil Mack as the only guy above a defensive grade of 79.9. The long and short of it is give me all the Goff shares I can get this week.
Running Backs-
James White (NE) VS HOU $5,500 FD/$4,000 DK
Both Rex Burkhead and Sony Michel have battled injuries this preseason. With the Patriots thin at WR, and with White their best pass catching back now that Lewis is gone, he seems poised for a heavy workload and at a reasonable price.
James Conner (PIT) @ CLE $5,000 FD/$4,5000 DK
As we sit here now, Le’Veon Bell has not reported. Even with that as the case, James Conner is still going for a great price following a great summer. Provided Bell doesn’t swoop in, I love Conner at this price.
Wide Receivers
Anthony Miller (CHI) @ GB $5,500 FD/ $4,600 DK
Miller has been one of the most hyped names this summer. Looking to be a big factor over the middle (a soft spot in Green Bays defense) and at this price, Miller should be a good a play on Sunday Night.
Michael Thomas (NO) VS TB $8,500 FD/ $7,800 DK

I see a lot of value plays this weekend, so here’s a spot to go big money. Thomas against the Tampa defense should yield big results.

Tight End
Delanie Walker (TEN) @ MIA $6,100 FD/ $4,900 DK
All Walker does is churn out top 8 fantasy seasons. He should have a big day Sunday at a much more appetizing price than Gronkowski or Kelce.
Defense
Baltimore Ravens VS Buffalo Bills $4,800 FD/ $3,800
The Ravens will be teeing off against Nate Peterman. That is all.
