This goes down in history as my favorite show ever. I got myself a new microphone and my voice is coming at you sexier than ever before!
We started with some boxing talk with the latest news on the possibility of a fight between the legendary boxer Floyd Money Mayweather fight and UFC star Conor McGregor. We had special guest Courtney Harden host of The Real Deal in to get into detail with us about the two and what would happen if this fight were to actually happen. Spoiler alert! We’re team Money Mayweather. We also got Courtney to weigh in on the Ronda Rousey and Amanda Nunes fight since it was the first time we got a chance to talk to him since the fight happened. I’m still anti Ronda although the guys didn’t agree with me.
Lou from Jersey called in and we started a bit of NFL playoffs talk before the break.
After the break, we got into our rants with What the Hell Man! Rashan went after Derrick Rose for his recent unprofessional disappearing act. I went after Odell Beckham Jr and the rest of the Giants for their unprofessional behavior after the playoff loss. Both rants were highly hilarious and entertaining.
From here we went into our Twitter poll question:
What playoff game are looking forward to the most this weekend?
We went from the least listener votes to the highest in giving our predictions and previews of this weekends games as we get one week closer to the Super Bowl. We talked in this order: New England Patriots versus the Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers versus the Kansas City Chiefs, Atlanta Falcons versus the Seattle Seahawks, and the twitter game of the week as voted on by you, Dallas Cowboys versus the Green Bay Packers.
Next we welcomed in special guest Drew and started a debate about Dak Prescott versus Carson Wentz, the two of us went in on Rashan for being a bad Philadelphia Eagles fan and being on team Dak. We had a call from Chad who joined in on the Wentz Wagon, and to round out the gang up on Rashan, Devin called in and backed us true Eagles fans. This was a great round table style discussion to start off the second hour.
Next we welcomed in Philly sports writer Dave Malandra Jr, we talked some Philly sports.
We ended with our hilarious game, Nailed It or Failed It! We read Dave quotes and tweets from around the sports world and he then gave his opinion if they nailed it or failed it and why. We get the chance to respond and laughs and jokes ensue. Once again, I laughed a lot and this week I was pretty brutal on the guys, this segment always signifies the start of my weekend fun.
