We started this week going over our thoughts on the recent World Series win by the Chicago Cubs.  I gave my perspective as a resident of Cleveland after the Indians lost.  We both give our congratulations to the Cubs in ending their 108 year World Series draught.

The comparison evidently came up between the Chicago Cubs and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

This brought up the subject of our Twitter poll.  We asked:

Who had the best 7 game series?

The Twitter-verse decided it was the Cubs and the Indians.  After attempting to be objective I flip-flopped but finally settled on the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors.  In a big surprise, Rashan took Cavaliers and Warriors from the start.

We got into a discussion of the chances of Lebron James averaging a triple double for the season, and agreed that if anyone can do it, it is Lebron.

On the topic of the NBA we discussed the recent meeting of Kevin Durant and the Warriors and Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder.  Lou from Jersey called in and joined us as we discussed their feud.

After the break, we went into a special edition of our rant segment, What the Hell Man!  This was an extended version centering around all the members of the Philadelphia Eagles that pissed us off this week.  Courtney Harden, host of The Real Deal also on Momentum Shift Radio, joined us as we entered into our roasts.  We started with Josh Huff and his recent legal troubles, went on to Doug Pederson, the receiving core, Howie Roseman, and the fan base.  This was my absolute favorite on air moment to date, there are some great quotes and nicknames handed out, so be sure to check this segment out.

Before letting Courtney go, we gave our predictions for the upcoming Eagles and New York Giants game.  Although we just finished roasting the organization, we are all Eagles fans through and through and have all picked them to win.

We ended with our hilarious game, Nailed It or Failed It!  We welcomed in Austin Hutchinson, a talented NBA writer and podcaster.  We read Austin quotes and tweets from around the sports world and he then gave his opinion if they nailed it or failed it and why.  We get the chance to respond and laughs and jokes ensue.  We went over everything from World Series tweets to NBA to NFL.  We had some laughs and shared some opinions.

The entire show was full of laughs and sexy fun with sports.  Hit play at the top of the page and join us on The Red Zone, then get over to Twitter and send us a follow @TheRedZoneLive to never miss an exciting moment!

I'm a hard core Eagles fan and pure football girl. I rant, I rave, I trash talk. I write about what's pissing me off, NFL and Philadelphia Eagles opinion pieces, personal insight on the NFL, and draft prospect interviews. Outside of the NFL my teams are the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Boston Red Sox, the UCONN Huskies, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and although they're gone, they are not forgotten, long live the Hartford Whalers!
