Thank you to goingfor2.com for being our website sponsor and bringing you these recaps so you never miss a moment of the fun, sexy, sports talk.

We got the show started talking about recent legal trouble in the NFL with Darelle Revis, King Dunlap, Trent Richardson, and Michael Floyd.  This sparked a discussion and call from Lou in Jersey about what may cause all the violent incidents that unfortunately seem so prevalent in the NFL.

From here we went into recent rumors regarding the Philadelphia Eagles.  What current and possible future free agents the fans are buzzing about and possible upcoming casualties of our salary cap problems.

We discussed out Twitter poll, asking who you would vote for in next years NFL Hall Of Fame ballot?  Terrell Owens, Randy Moss, or other.  “Other” ended up being a few write in votes for Brian Dawkins.  We agreed with Twitter that TO would be most deserving of our vote.

After the break, we went into our rant session.  Rashan went off on New Jersey governor Chris Christie for his recent comments regarding Philadelphia Phillies fans and the “safety” of Citizens Bank Park.  I ranted about Beyonce’s recent Grammy performance and how self-indulgent and inappropriate I found it.

We discussed the recent issues of the Philadelphia 76ers with number one draft pick Ben Simmons and his injury, with quick mention to Joel Embiid and his injury.

We welcomed in special guest Betty Cantley and us ladies squared off with Rashan about our Cleveland Cavaliers.  We gave some of our predictions for the NBA All-Star weekend.

We ended with our hilarious game, Nailed It or Failed It!  We read Betty quotes and tweets from around the sports world and she then gave her opinion if they nailed it or failed it and why.  We get the chance to respond and laughs and jokes ensue.

The entire show was full of laughs, and sexy fun with sports.  Hit play at the top of the page and join us on The Red Zone, then get over to Twitter and send us a follow @TheRedZoneLive to never miss an exciting moment!

Be sure to check out our brand new show starting this Sunday!  The Momentum Shift Weekly Rewind will come at you at 7pm eastern and is a new round table discussion about various sports topics.  What happens when you get four opinionated radio hosts together with debate topics?  Passion and heated tempers are sure to arise, so don’t miss it!

I'm a hard core Eagles fan and pure football girl. I rant, I rave, I trash talk. I write about what's pissing me off, NFL and Philadelphia Eagles opinion pieces, personal insight on the NFL, and draft prospect interviews. Outside of the NFL my teams are the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Boston Red Sox, the UCONN Huskies, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and although they're gone, they are not forgotten, long live the Hartford Whalers!
