Weaknesses
- Limited route tree at Mizzou. Mostly ran deep, quick outs, and slants. Although, he showed some other routes occasionally in 2018.
- Injuries. Missed games in 2017 with a hamstring problem and missed more in 2018 with a groin injury.
- Allows the ball into his body too frequently and with this comes question marks about how reliable his hands are.
- A non-factor as a blocker. This isn’t a huge factor for fantasy but may alter how NFL teams view him.

Bottom Line
Emanuel Hall is a guy I am targeting in most of my dynasty drafts in 2nd round. Hall has shown to have all of the traits of a successful NFL receiver with the biggest question being his route tree. When looking at the routes Emanuel Hall ran, one can see that he has the ability to get in and out of breaks but was mostly used as a deep threat in college. One of the other problems with Hall coming out of college are questions in regards to nagging injuries. Since the combine, there are questions around Hall in regard to a potential sports hernia. These problems did not seem relevant at the pro day as he showed off his hands with what sounded like an all-around strong performance. Emanuel Hall just broke the WR record for broad jump and ran a sub 4.40 40 yard dash with an injury. If you don’t believe that he has elite athletic ability at this point in time, you never will. Overall, Hall has some questions in regard to hands, injury, and if he can run a complete route tree and will definitely need to fine tune his game to be successful at the NFL level.
