Each week I am going to outline my plan geared toward Drafters.com’s weekly bestball contest. This information can also be used at other sites that run similar contests but for me personally, I play at Drafters.com. This information could be used in the H2H contests, but it is mainly referring to six-person drafts. H2H takes some different strategies that I will hope to go into more detail about in future weeks. Below I will list my targets in order from favorite to least favorite. I can not stress this enough, BE STRATEGIC! As an example, this week even though I like Taylor as my top target, I don’t mean to draft him over Cook. If a player makes my fade list I will 100% be fading. Let’s make some money this season and as always thanks for reading.

Quarterbacks

I can’t stop drafting Allen, some would even call it a problem. I have gotten him as far as in round six in six teamers and would be willing to draft him as early as round four in certain builds. He could seriously be a cheat code all season long starting week one. Mahomes will be a frequent list in my fades. The majority of the time he goes way too early to be into any consideration.

I have a serious man-crush on Taylor. My advice to you would be to try to get him everywhere possible and into any and all lineups. Easy to load up on a top TE and/or WRs and be able to scoop up Taylor, Mixon, and even Robinson in the third, fourth, and fifth rounds. Kamara will likely find his way onto many of my fade lists, I hopefully don’t own him anywhere.

Chances are some of the guys on my fade list will have good days, but I am rolling the dice with my targets. I was able to draft Robinson with my 47th pick recently.

Tight Ends

Got to have one of the big three this weekend unless you were able to draft Gronk. If you targeted Gronk then a standing ovation is warranted. I prefer getting a second-round Waller instead of using a first-rounder on Kelce. Again, you must prioritize Andrews if missing out on the top two options.
