Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals

Thursday Night Football Week 8 will feature an epic battle of two NFC heavyweights who are both title contenders. Green Bay (6-1) have started to look like their normal selves after an embarrassing Week 1 loss to the Saints. Rodgers isn’t the only QB in contention in this game who has a real shot to win MVP. Kyler Murray brings his red hot undefeated Cardinals (7-0) to prime time. The Cardinals are for real. They have some quality wins under their belt such as the Rams, Titans, and Browns by a large margin. Murray has tossed for 2002 yards, 17 TD, and 5 INTs while going 164/223 completions. Murray also has 143 rushing yards and 3 rushing TD. Kyler could run the ball more, but hasn’t had the need.

The Cardinals are the -6.5 favorite to cover the spread. The Cardinals have proved formidable and there is little doubt they don’t come out with a win. Aaron Rodgers is the big unknown X factor. This game is extremely hard to pick, however, the play is Cardinals -6.5. In buying down to -6.0 in case they get a late two point conversion. Devante Adams is in Covid protocol making it more difficult for the Packers to score against this defense.
