Drafters NFL Advice 2021-22 Divisional Round
Each week I am going to outline my plan geared toward Drafters.com‘s weekly best-ball contest. This information can also be used at other sites that run similar contests but for me personally, I play at Drafters.com. This information could be used in the H2H contests, but it is mainly referring to GPPs and six-person drafts. H2H takes some different strategies, such as really paying attention to the slots that your opponent fills up first.
This week, the site is offering the normal GPPs including the “shark” (2QB), “whale”, and “splash”. New to this week is an $11 Playoffs Bestball 2ND chance featuring 2.5k to first place. Below I will list my targets and fades. I can not stress this enough, BE STRATEGIC! If a player makes my fade list, I will 100% be fading. When depositing at Drafters.com please consider using the promo code “BS” which will get you $10 in bonus cash. Let’s make some money this season and as always thanks for reading.

Josh Allen
Joe Burrow
Tom Brady
Aaron Rodgers
Pat Mahomes
Fades
Matt Stafford
Would like to have a QB that matches my receiving group. For instance, if I have drafted Chase, Higgins, Boyd I will be targeting Burrow for sure. Brady in the later rounds is almost always a good option and he is my favorite stack. I like Allen if he falls to the late fourth-round area.

Joe Mixon
Aaron Jones

Derrick Henry
Elijah Mitchell
Cam Akers
Leonard Fournette
Jerick McKinnon
Giovani Bernard
Fades
Sony Michel
Singletary and Jones are two of my favorite options this week. Hard to pass on the early opportunity to draft Singletary, who is my number five overall player. With backs like McKinnon and Gio available in the last rounds adding early backs is a legit strategy this week. They both looked great last week however not only do they face tougher defenses this week but CEH and Fournette should be back.
Wide Receivers

Davante Adams
Cooper Kupp
Deebo Samuel
Mike Evans
Ja’Marr Chase
Tyreek Hill
Stefon Diggs
Tee Higgins
Tyler Boyd
Allen Lazard
Fades
Brandon Aiyuk
Odell Beckham
Bryon Pringle
Julio Jones
Gabe Davis
Evans and Deebo are two of my favorite targets this week. In any draft, I will be aiming to draft Adams at first overall followed by Kupp and Deebo. The guys on my fade list come with too much risk this week and I’m happy to avoid them at all costs. Lazard is my late-round sleeper of the week.
Tight Ends

Travis Kelce
Rob Gronkowski
Dawson Knox
Tyler Higbee
Fades
George Kittle
I like a second-round Kelce or a third-round Gronk the best. I recommend prioritizing Knox if missing out on the other two. Considering how shallow the pool is this week I am ok with any of the top three options as a flex spot if the value is there. Higbee and Uzomah are decent last-round options but likely neither will outscore the top three options.
Playoff Bestball 2ND Chance
Embed from Getty ImagesDrafters is running an $11 per entry, playoff Bestball 2ND chance with 2.5k as a first-place prize. This contest features a 10 round snake draft with six teams, a 40-second clock, and no swaps after drafting. My strategy is fairly simple, as I will be drafting one team. The plan for this is to draft the most players possible from the team that you think will win the super bowl. If you pick the right super bowl winner and draft correctly then you will for sure have a shot at the first-place prize. No matter how many shots you take remember to correlate your teams. It is highly unlikely to win a tournament like this by selecting players from random teams. This info can also be used in other sites’ contests such as Underdog’s Mitten Returns and Gauntlet Returns.
This is my final Drafters article of the season. Thanks to the one who gave me a chance to share each week, thanks to the ones who fix my countless grammar mistakes, and most importantly thank you for reading.
