The Best TNF Week 8 Prop Bets
The Bucs have fallen to two awful teams in the last two weeks. After getting blown out in Carolina, Tom Brady is going to play with a vengeance in Thursday night’s game. Knowing Brady’s competitive nature I would take the over on passing yards if it’s 265 or less. Anything over that I would be hesitant simply because the ravens have only had two quarterbacks throw for over 250 yards.
I like over 1.5 passing touchdowns for Lamar Jackson, he has 13 passing touchdowns so far this season. The Bucs have allowed 10 touchdowns through the air this year, averaging about 1.5 per game against mostly below-average quarterbacks.
A bet that goes hand in hand with the passing TD bet is Mark Andrews anytime touchdown. He has had 5 touchdowns this year and is the Ravens leading receiver and Tampa Bay has given up 30 percent of their passing touchdowns to tight ends. This should be a good bet if the odds get over even money, I think it will get to +120.
Another anytime TD bet I like that might be longer odds is Leonard Fournette anytime TD. This bet is less likely than the Mark Andrews TD but if it hits should be a very good payout. He has 1 rushing TD AND 3 receiving. I would take this bet at any odds over +200, he is capable of getting in the endzone on the ground and in the air.
Another Jackson prop I would take is over-rushing on anything less than 60 yards. He currently averages over 70 yards per game and the Buccaneers have not faced any heavy rushing quarterbacks yet this season. Even with the lack of a rushing QB opponent, the Bucs let Marcus Mariota run for over 60 yards in week 5.
