DFS MLB DraftKings Advice Lineup Advice For 4/7/21
What’s up GF2 Fans! I’m back this week with some MLB DraftKings advice for you guys! Wednesday’s slate will consist of a solid 10-games packed with nice matchups to choose from. In this article, I’ll be covering some of my favorite pitching options along with a few stacks to work into your lineups. So, without further ado, here’s what I’m feeling for this slate!
Pitchers
Trevor Bauer (LAD), $10,200 @OAK
In his first outing of 2021, Bauer was pitching a nice game at Coors Field. He took a no-hitter into the seventh inning where the Colorado altitude finally got the best of him. He surrendered four runs on just three hits and two walks over 6.1 innings pitched for the Dodgers, striking out 10. Bauer will look to bounce back on Wednesday night against Oakland. Over his career against the Athletics, Bauer has allowed just a .182 batting average with a 25:7 K/BB.
Kyle Hendricks (CHC) $8,100 vs. MIL
If we look a tier down on the salary cap, you’ll find an ultra-solid option in Kyle Hendricks. Over his career, Hendricks has played very well against the Brewers. He holds a .220 allowed batting average with a 41:9 K/BB. Hendricks didn’t put out a good outing in his Opening Day start for the Cubs, giving up three earned runs on four hits and three walks across just three innings. With his long-term success versus Milwaukee, I expect Kyle to bounce back for our lineups on Wednesday!
Dallas Keuchel (CWS) $7,400 @SEA
Dallas Keuchel isn’t quite the dominant pitcher he once was but he’s serviceable enough for this slate of games. Like a lot of starting pitchers, he struggled in his first outing of the season against the Angels. In that games, Keuchel allowed six runs (three earned) on five hits and two walks, striking out four over four innings. Over his career against the Mariners, Keuchel has allowed a .250 batting average with an 18:2 K/BB.
Stacking Options
Red Sox righties vs. Ryan Yarbrough
I like a good Boston stack for this slate of games! Right-handed hitters such as J.D. Martinez and Christian Vasquez are both super-viable options for this slate of games. Even a left-handed hitter such as Rafael Devers holds some value for this slate against Yarbrough.
Twins righties vs. Matthew Boyd
I know that some of these Minnesota hitters don’t have the best career track record versus Boyd but I have faith in them for Wednesday. Max Kepler, Nelson Cruz and Byron Buxton are all viable options in this matchup. I also am intrigued by Jorge Polanco as a cheap option at second base.
Well, hopefully, this advice will help you guys reach DFS glory on Wednesday’s slate! With some solid pitching matchups and a few good stacking options, we should all be set for a good day. Thanks for reading!
