The top SP, Shane Bieber (CLE) 10,400 @ KC. One of the top pitchers with a K-rate of 17.8%, safe to assume he will get close to if not at least ten strikeouts. Earlier this year when he faced KC he went 6.1 innings, 12 Ks, 103 pitches. I look for him to do even better this time, and score over 30 DK points again. Almost a must-start.
Yu Darvish, SD (10,200) vs Pit. Darvish already has had a strong 27+ point performance vs the Pirates this season. He went seven innings but only had 6 Ks. Look for him to improve both those numbers in this outing.
Honorable mentions: Adbert Alzolay, Cubs (7,900) vs LAD, JT Brubaker, Pirates (6,900) @ SD
Hitters
- Cesar Hernandez 3,900
- Alex Verdugo 4,200
- Lourdes Gurriel Jr 3,400
- Alex Kirilloff 3,300
- Edwin Rios 2,100
- Alex Bregman 4,800
- Kyle Higashioka 3,800
- Austin Barnes 3,700
Most of these hitters have been scorching hot at the plate. Kirilloff has a wrist issue but hopefully, he will be back in the lineup today. Rios is due to break out at any time now, a massive salary saver and dice roll if he plays.
Stacks
Washington Nationals Hitters
Josh Bell 3,700
Trea Turner 4,700
Juan Soto 4,600
Is it just me or do these guys seem way undervalued? Soto just coming back from missed time, is typically priced 5-6 K. 4,700 is the lowest Turner has been priced all season. Bell has had a slow start to the season but his price and performance have both been steadily increasing the last week or so. Although Fried showed signs of greatness last season he has yet to produce this one. This will be his first start in three weeks. Can we get three negative scores in a row?
