DFS MLB DraftKings Lineup Advice for 6/19

Compared to the full 15 game slate on Friday night, DFS players will have a scaled back schedule of seven games from which to select their lineups tonight. While Walker Buehler and Lance Lynn highlight the pitching choices, there are several other value plays to take a chance on.

Pitchers

Top-tier

Walker Buehler(Dodgers) $11100 @ Diamondbacks Buehler has accumulated 20.8 FPTS or more in seven of his last eight starts. On the season, Buehler has a 6-0 record with a 2.38 ERA/0.94 WHIP. He is my top selection for this slate.

Lance Lynn(White Sox) $10300 @ Astros 7-2 record with a 1.51 ERA/0.94 WHIP. Lynn has accumulated 80 strikeouts over 71.2 innings.

Others I Like 

Adam Wainwright(Cardinals) $9300 @ Braves averaging 15.4 FPTS/game on the season, Wainwright has a 3.95 ERA with a 1.14 WHIP.

Vladimir Gutierrez(Reds) $7200 @ Padres despite only an average strikeout rate, Gutierrez has posted consecutive games with at least 21.9 FPTS or more. I will lean towards Gutierrez to offset the cost of the more expensive pitching alternatives.

Omar Narvaez(C-Brewers) $4600 @ Rockies .315 BA/6 HR/19 RBI’s

Freddie Freeman(1B-Braves) $5800 vs Cardinals has scored 7 FPTS or more in six out of his last seven games. Has a .246 batting average with 16 home runs and 39 RBI’s on the season.

Ryan McMahon(2B-Rockies) $5400 vs Brewers .257 BA/16 HR/43 RBI’s

Tim Anderson(White Sox) $4400 @ Astros averaging 9.2 FPTS/game on the season, Anderson has recorded double digit totals in four out of his last five games.

Justin Turner(3B-Dodgers) $5100 @ Diamondbacks .277 BA/12 HR/34 RBI’s

Randy Arozarena(OF-Rays) $4900 @ Mariners .271 BA/10 HR/37 RBI’s. Has produced 20 or more FPTS in four out of his last seven games.

Jesse Winker(OF-Reds) $5600 @ Padres .340 BA/17 HR/41 RBI’s

STACKS

My two favorite stacks for this slate are the Reds and the Dodgers. The Reds travel to face the Padres(Ryan Weathers), while the Dodgers head to Arizona(Matt Peacock). Although Weathers’ peripherals(2.47 ERA/1.01 WHIP) are very solid, he primarily has pitched out of the bullpen with his longest outing being only five innings. Peacock, on the other hand, has struggled mightily with a 5.26 ERA/1.48 WHIP.
