Chris Sales has been pitching like an ace he is , Tonight he face the Yankee’s who strike out vs Elite Pitchers.  Yankees have a 0.306 vs LHP . Something tells me he will be the highest owned ace of the night .

No-Hitter –  Gio Gonzalez $8,900, Washington National

Facing Miami Marlin , A team that has been dreadful as of lately . They’ve lost Dee Gordon due to steroids . Now they’re in search of a lead off hitter. Gio Gonzalez has the 2nd  highest Vegas line , -160 . Gio has a 21.7% K rate as well . Which suits really wellfor him. As we look for K’s and W for our pitchers.  Miami has a 24.6% Strike out rate on the year right now .

Quality Start – Brandon Finnegan $6,600 Cincinnati Reds

Oh boy , who he facing ? The Philadelphia Phillies . As we know we pick on 3 batting team we don’t fear ever .

1. Atlanta Brave (think like the movie based on the franchise bad)
2. Philadelphia Phillies (think like Philadelphia 76’er , they suck)
3. San Diego Padres (think batting cage vs machine , Machine would beat them . 26 % strike out rate .

So while I’m not going to load up on him , he’s the cheapest one I like . Remember tonight better to pay up for pitching .

Hitters

Catchers –

Grand Slam – Buster Posey  $3,300  San Francisco Giants

Posey has an elite match up . He facing Shelby Miller who has been nothing but a disappointment this year . Posey Carries a 0.496 SLG and a 0.368 WOBA . This is at the Chase Feild not AT&T park . I expect him to take full advantage of this .

Home Run –  Victor Martinez $3,300  Detriot Tigers
7 hits in the last 2 games. . He bats 4-5th depending on the order . Weak pitcher like Chris Tilman won’t be able to handle Martinez .

Double – Jonathan Lucroy $3,300 Milwaukee Brewers

3 Catcher at 3.3 k , I know . I don’t see any other catcher at lower then them i’d consider . Lucroy has a 0.369 WOBA . He facing a pitcher name Christian Friedrich , I have no information on him. If I don’t know him . I can tell he either (A) called up (B) pitching out of the bull pen (C) Sucks.

I’ll take Lucroy vs him any day .

Bunt –

Very Critical on C for PUNT , As I like to punt my catcher most of the time unless i see a ELITE MATCH UP . (POSEY TONIGHT IS ELITE)

Edwin Encarnacion was warming up before they went to a pitcher park at AT&T . Now he gets to bat in Texas Arlington park . Were the balls fly out like no other . Martin Perez is on the mound . He prone to give out homer in a bunch. I love their stack as well. EE is very under priced for his upside.

Robinson Cano of the Yankees day seem to be coming around . The guys facing Tropeano . A pitcher whom he shouldn’t fear at all . 0.377 WOBA and 0.523 SLG . I’m calling a good day for Cano tonight .

Home Run – Joe Panik $3,000 San Francisco Giants

Again back to picking on Shelby Miller . Panic has a platoon advantage vs Miller as well. WOBA 0.346 and He going to be batting 2nd more then likely .

Double – Roughned Odor $4,300 Texas Rangers

Vs R.A. Dickey , He sucks . The End . That knuckleball doesn’t knuckle no more .

I don’t usually pick Phillies bat’s , but when I do I drink Dos Esqui and pray for Franco hit a Home Run .

Franco has the Platoon ADV vs Finnegan . As well a 0.376 WOBA and 0.536 SLG.

Shortstops –

Grand Slam – Carlos Correa $4,200 Houston Astros

I’m usually not a fan of paying up for SS unless it’s Seager,Correa,Story at Coors Feild. Tonight he get a knuckleballer in Steven Wright. Correa has a great platoon advantage vs pitcher like this. Sporting a .210 Iso Power  and .345 WOBA . Makes him an elite play tonight.

Home Run –  Corey Seager $3,800  Los Angeles Dodger

The Dodger put Bartolo Colon in his place last night . Almost as if everyone got a piece of the meat but Seager . I expect Seager to get in on some action tonight vs Wacha . Wacha velocity is down . As well his K% . I don’t think he’s as good as he been this year . He due for in implosion game and tonight could be it .

Double –  Troy Tulowitzki $2,800 Toronto Blue Jays

Yes , a former top flight SS is now cheaper then a $2.80 beer at a pub . The guy still has power in his arsenal . He just need to get on base like he used too. He facing Martin Perez So once again i’m picking on him . It’s in Texas Arlington . That gap is what Tulo good at hitting . If he can get couple double and drive in some runner . He could meet value easily .

1. Bat Lead off
2. Facing Julio Tejeran
3. Stealing ability
4. Bargain price for a lead off man .
5.  Vegas has this game as high rated one .

Outfielder –

Grand Slam – Ryan Braun $4,200 Milwaukee Brewers

Same reason I have Chris Carter , Jonathan Lucroy . Facing a weak pitcher . In a Milwaukee Brewer park . Home run prone park. I don’t like the fact i’m naming too many Brewers . The number speak for itself . (yes i’m  a name one more later on ).  Brauns sport a 0.406 WOBA and 0.568 SLG . I love it vs a pitcher who doesn’t have much to offer vs him . Brauns has a chance for HR here .

Home Run-  Jose Bautista $4,100 Toronto Blue Jays

There I did it . Completed my Toronto Blue Jay stack . With a 0.369 WOBA and ISO power of .255 vs Martin Perez . That’s an excellent way of saying he going to flip that bat and hit him hard.  Bautista is the heart of that order . I can see Donaldson getting on base at least 3 times in this game. Play Bautista with confident.

Double –  Matt Kemp $3,300  San Diego Padre

Yuck , a padre . Yuck Junior Guerra. Yes that who facing the Padres tonight in Milwaukee . I can see the Padres being a sneaky stack tonight . If not I like the bat of Matt Kemp vs him . Junior has allowed 4 or more ER in all his starts. Not a very good pitcher i’d say .  Matt Kemp 0.359 WOBA and ability to swipe one . Could make him a great play for his money .

Bunt – Domingo Santana $2,400 Milwaukee Brewer

uno mas , john … one more Brewer to complete the stack . Yes . He is a guy with the name Sunday Santana .
