DFS NBA DraftKings Lineup Advice 3/8/19

Had a nice night last night. I was running 10th out of 47,000 plus for a while, but faded down the stretch. If only DeMar DeRozan had done a little more against the Hawks. As analysts far better than myself often say, you might have up and down nights playing DFS, but if you stick to your core processes things often work out well. Anyway, there is a nice Friday Night slate on tap, so let’s make some picks.

Kemba Walker (Charlotte) $8,100 vs. Washington

If there is one thing we know, its that it makes good sense to stream point guards against the Wizards. We also know that Kemba Walker is really good at home and has a high usage rate. Kemba is averaging 58.1 fantasy points per game against the Wizards this season and is at a great price and in a great spot. Plus picking him allows you to squeeze some other value into your lineups as opposed to the higher priced stars.

Others to consider:

Bradley Beal $9,500 @ Charlotte, Paul George $9,700 @ L.A. Clippers, Steph Curry $9,000 versus Denver

Luke Kennard (Detroit) $4,600 @ Chicago

Is it just me or are the Pistons all of a sudden unbeatable? Detroit Basketball! Chicago is awful, their defense is awful, and with so much energy spent stopping Griffin and Drummond, guys should be free for the kick out. Luke Kennard has been on fire lately and has put up 30 plus fantasy points in 5 of his last 6 games. Thinking he will make that 6 out of 7 here.

Nikola Vucevic (Orlando) $9,200 vs. Dallas

Dallas does not really have anyone who can guard Vucevic, but I do not like the idea of him trying to chase Dwight Powell around all night. I feel like this will be one of the many games where Vucevic plays about 28 minutes and scores in the Mid to Upper 40’s fantasy wise which is fine, but not quite enough for what he costs on this slate.
