Nothing But Net | My top plays of the night at his position. |
Dunk | A Dunk is a second or third tier player with the highest upside. |
Half-Court Shot | Otherwise known as a “punt play.” A Low-priced, high-upside player. |
Blocked Shot | A player I’ll be avoiding. Otherwise known as “Fading.” |

Guards
Nothing But Net | Damian Lillard (POR) $10,000 vs. PHI
Lillard had a rare off-game against the Clippers the other night, but the Blazers are one of the few teams left with something to play for and Lillard will go down shooting — literally. In one game against the Sixers this year he put up 57.3 DK points.
Dunk | De’Aaron Fox (SAC) $7,800 vs HOU
The Kings have nothing left to play for except pride, and Fox, as a young player, will want to go out in style. Beating the Rockets would be a nice ending to their season. In the only game Fox faced the Rockets this season he dropped 52.3 DK points on them in 35 minutes. The Rockets will also be without Russell Westbrook in this game, who would have likely been the matchup for Fox. That helps Fox in that he won’t have to waste as much energy trying to defend McLemore as he would if Westbrook was playing.
Half-Court Shot | Ben McLemore (HOU) $3,800 @ SAC
Speaking of McLemore, he will draw the start in the stead of Westbrook. At $3,800, he is easily the best value on the slate and likely will be high owned. There is a chance the Rockets could limit some of their stars before the playoffs start, but I would think McLemore plays the full game.
Blocked Shot | Jrue Holiday (NO) $9,100 vs. SA
Holidays’ price has just gotten a little too high for me to think about rostering him.

Nothing But Net | Jusuf Nurkic (POR) $8,900 vs. PHI
Nurkic only scored 10 NBA points against the Clippers…and still had 44 DK points. That type of game is normally reserved for point guards who get a ton of assists, but Nurkic had nine assists and 13 rebounds to go along with two steals. The Ben Simmon-less Sixers will have their hands full with Nurkic, who is averaging a shade under 50 DK points in the bubble.

Dunk | Tobias Harris (PHI) $8,700 @ POR
Without Ben Simmons, look for Tobias Harris to step up into a more offensive role. With Simmons off the floor this season, Harris was second in usage at 25.7 percent, behind only Joel Embiid.
Half-Court Shot | Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (BKN) $3,900 @ LAC
Joe Harris is doubtful for Sunday, leaving some minutes on the table for TLC to absorb. With Harris off the floor (along with DeAndre Jordan, Kyrie Irving and Spencer Dinwiddie) this season, TLC has seen the biggest increase in points per 48 minutes, a plus 10.36 (per RotoGrinders CourtIQ).
Blocked Shot | Pascal Siakam (TOR) $8,100 vs. MEM
The Raptors have nothing to play for and no reason to risk injury to one of their best players.

- Bogdan Bogdanovic (SAC) $5,300 vs. HOU
Centers
Nothing But Net | Thomas Bryant (WAS) $7,400 @ OKC
Thunder center Steven Adams is out for this game and his replacement is not as good defensively, which should allow Bryant to have his way. Nerlens Noel is expected to draw the start and he is no slouch on defense, but Adams’ brings an attitude and toughness that Noel doesn’t have. In his only game against OKC, Bryant put up 49.8 DK points in 31 minutes.
Dunk | Ivica Zubac (LAC) $5,400 vs. BKN
It seems the Clippers have decided to take the reins off of Zubac in these last few games, giving him 24 minutes in his last three. He has responded by increasing his fantasy production in each of those three games, going from 27.3 to 34.5, and finally to 44.8 in his last game. His price hasn’t caught up with his production yet.
Half-Court Shot | Nerlens Noel (OKC) $3,900 vs. WAS
Noel is what we call in Fantasy Football, a post-hype sleeper. A lot of people were on Noel the other night when Adams was out, and he burned everyone. Well, burned might be too strong a word, he wasn’t terrible at his price, but people expected more. I think he does more in this game.
UPDATE: I still like Noel as a lower owned option, but with the news that Adams will play, I don’t like him as much. Rodions Kurucs is a nice pivot.
