DFS NBA DraftKings Lineup Advice & Values 3/15/21

It’s been a while since I’ve put up a Monday DFS NBA column, but I’m back. As usual, I’m writing this Sunday night, so there is some information I may not have yet, but some of my top plays for today’s slate are below…

NBA DFS Legend

Nothing But NetMy top plays of the night at his position.
DunkA Dunk is a second or third tier player with the highest upside.
Half-Court ShotOtherwise known as a “punt play.” A Low-priced, high-upside player.
Blocked Shot A player I’ll be avoiding. Otherwise known as “Fading.”

Nothing But Net | Bradley Beal (WAS) $9,400 vs. MIL

Beal has averaged 63.6 DK (via DailyFantasyNerd) points when coming off two full days of rest, which is what he will have after sitting out Saturday night against this same Bucks team. In two games against the Bucks last year he scored over 60 in both. I’m say he over 60 again tonight.

Dunk | Jrue Holiday (MIL) $6,500 @ WAS

The one thing we know about he Wizards, they are going to play fast and not play defense. Both of those facts favor Holiday, and he just put up 38 DK points against them Saturday night.

Half-Court Shot | Immanuel Quickly (NY) $5,600 @ BKN

Derrick Rose is already ruled out and Elfrid Payton is doubtful, leaving Quickly to pick up some of the slack. He had nearly 36 DK points on 33 minutes the other night in the same situation.

Blocked Shot | Luka Doncic (DAL) $10,600 vs. LAC

Doncic has struggled at times against the Clippers (not including the 92.8 explosion in the playoffs last season). He only had 48.3 DK points against them earlier this season, despite a 41.5 percentage usage rate.

Nothing But Net | Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL) $11,100 @ WAS

The Greek Freak already did something no other Buck had done with back-to-back triple-doubles in his last two games, and tonight he will go for three straight. I don’t know if he will get there, but he is playing the same team he played to get his last triple-double, so why not?

Dunk | Gordon Hayward (CHA) $7,300 vs. SAC

The Kings have the worst defensive rating in the NBA, giving up 118.8 points per 100 possessions on average. They also play at the 10th fastest pace. Playing fast and giving up a ton of points is a good recipe for success for Hayward.

Half-Court Shot | Deni Avdija (WAS) $4,300 vs. MIL

If Davis Bertans is ruled out, which is still in doubt, Avdija could be inline for some increased playing time. Granted, he didn’t do much with those extra minutes the other night with Beal and Bertans both out, but it’s a new night and he is worth the risk.

Blocked Shot | Julius Randle (NY) $9,800 @ BKN

This isn’t really about not liking Randle as it is liking the players around him more. I’d rather save $200 and get Sabonis or pay all the way up for Giannis.

Centers

DFS NBA DraftKings Lineup Advice & Values 3/15/21

Nothing But Net | Jonas Valanciunas (MEM) $7,600 @ PHO

Val has 28 starts and 22 double-doubles. The Suns are bottom 8 in offensive rebound percentage, meaning JVal is a shoo-in for another double-double.

Dunk | Richaun Holmes (SAC) $6,400 @ CHA

Only the Wizards give up more rebounds to centers than do the Hornets, meaning Holmes should easily get another double-double, something he has done now in three straight games.

Half-Court Shot | None

Blocked Shot | Draymond Green (GS) $6,500 vs. LAL

People are going to be chasing his triple-double from the other night. Don’t
