Drafters NFL Advice Week 7

Each week I am going to outline my plan geared toward Drafters.com’s weekly best-ball contest. This information can also be used at other sites that run similar contests but for me personally, I play at Drafters.com. This information could be used in the H2H contests, but it is mainly referring to GPPs and six-person drafts. H2H takes some different strategies, such as really paying attention to the slots that your opponent fills up first.

I know it’s football season, but vote below on how far you think the Braves will go in the playoffs, be sure to enter your phone number to verify your pick and you could win some free stuff from PlayPickUp.com.

This week, the site is offering the normal GPPs including the “shark”, “whale”, and “splash”. Below I will list my targets and fades. I can not stress this enough, BE STRATEGIC! If a player makes my fade list I will 100% be fading. When depositing at Drafters.com please consider using the promo code “snatchers”. Let’s make some money this season and as always thanks for reading.

Jalen Hurts

Tom Brady

Aaron Rodgers

Fades

Matthew Stafford

Sam Darnold

If not stacking I am drafting Hurts as my QB1 this week and getting him last round. I am typically waiting until the last round or two to draft whichever QB falls or whichever one matches my receiving group. For instance, if I have drafted Adams I will be targeting Rodgers for sure. Same idea with Tannehill and Brown. Tannehill and Brady would be more for 6, 10, 12 team leagues OR if trying to spread ownership. If you are able to land Hill and Kelce in rounds one and two, then I would consider Mahomes in the third, good luck. Same idea with pairing Murray and Hopkins or Lamar and Andrews and Brown.

Darrel Henderson

Darrel Williams

Chase Edmonds

Fades

Aaron Jones

Joe Mixon

D’Andre Swift

Henry is my number one player this week, if you can get him later then pick one consider yourself lucky. As long as he stays on the field then 20+ is always a good possibility. I will gladly take Taylor when possible. If fading early running backs Williams and Fournette make great targets and could even make for good flex options as well.

Targets

Cooper Kupp

Tyreek Hill

Davante Adams

DeAndre Hopkins

Cordarrelle Patterson

A.J. Brown

Ja’Marr Chase

Deebo Samuel

Fades

DJ Moore

Terry McLaurin

Mike Evans

Jakobi Meyers

Chris Godwin

Robert Woods

Chances are some of the guys on my fade list will have good days, but I am rolling the dice with my targets. Hopkins and Chase are two of my favorite targets and they are very obtainable based on their ADP. The guys on my fade list come with too much risk this week and happy to avoid them at all costs. All in on Cordarrelle Patterson, a late 15 plus point guy that has even higher potential.

Targets

Travis Kelce

Kyle Pitts

Fades

Darren Waller

Mark Andrews

If missing out on or fading the early Kelce I recommend making Pitts a top late priority.
