FanDuel Cash Game Plays Week 4
QB
Patrick Mahomes (KC) $9,200: He’s thrown at least three TDs and passed for at least 370 yards in each of his starts this season. In the open elements or underneath a dome, it doesn’t matter to Mahomes. His price tag didn’t increase from last week either, making him an even more enticing play. There’s nothing of concern for him in the matchup against the Lions. With tons of value on the slate to mine at RB and WR, Mahomes is a lock.
Kyle Allen (CAR) $6,800: Allen offers gamers the best value QB on the slate with a favorable matchup and the most upside. Allen impressed in his first game of the season, throwing four TDs and scoring 24.34 FD points (4.1 x value) in beating Arizona. He draws another favorable matchup against the Texans, who allow QBs to complete 70.5-percent of their passes and have given up five pass TDs. With the price tag comes increased risk given Allen’s inexperience, but it also gives gamers an easy way to fit in multiple studs. Count me in.
RB
Austin Ekeler (LAC) 8,100: He’s got the best matchup out of the true bell-cow backs and comes in cheaper than Christian McCaffrey and Dalvin Cook. His 43-percent dominator rating – the percentage of the Chargers total offensive yards and TDs – ranks No. 2. Melvin Gordon’s return can wait another week while Ekeler smashes one more time.
Darrel Williams (KC) $5,500: Williams made his debut in Week 3 and produced a solid outing, rushing nine times for 62 yards and adding five receptions for 47 yards. He out-touched backfield mate LeSean McCoy, who’s dealt with a recent ankle injury. With Damien Williams out for Sunday, deploy Darrel as a safe value play with upside in the highest total game on the slate (54.5).
WR
Keenan Allen (LAC) $8,100: Allen leads the league with a 36.5 percent target share (43), and also ranks No. 1 in catches (29), receiving yards (404) and total target distance per PlayerProfiler.com. He’s averaging the most FD points per game among receivers (24.40) and draws a crushable Dolphins defense, which ranks No. 32 overall. With Mike Williams out, consider stacking him with Phillip Rivers ($7,800).
Sterling Shepard (NYG) $6,500: After missing Week 2 with a concussion, Shepard wasted no time showing a dynamic connection with Daniel Jones. He caught seven passes for 100 yards and a score while leading the team in targets and catches. The Giants take on the Redskins, who give up the third-most points per game and total yards. He draws a primary CB matchup against Josh Norman, who’s given up five TDs this season.
TE
Darren Waller (OAK) $6,700: I’ll keep going back to the well with Waller until his price becomes untenable. Waller is currently a member of an elite club: TEs who lead their teams in targets, receptions and receiving yards. He joins Evan Engram ($6,800) – also a fine play – and George Kittle (bye). He’s due for positive TD regression.
Will Dissly (SEA) $5,400: On the value end of the spectrum sits Dissly, who notched three TDs in his last two games after putting up a dud in Week 1. He finds himself right back in a great spot to produce against Arizona’s porous defense. The Cardinals rank No. 30 overall and No. 24 against the pass. He’s increased his routes run and receiving yards in every game so far.
D/ST
Los Angeles Rams $4,300: After the Cowboys D/ST failed to capitalize in their matchup against the Dolphins (12 FD points), avoid paying up for the Chargers this week. Instead target the Rams in their matchup against the Bucs, who rank No. 4 with five giveaways (four picks and a fumble).
Baltimore ($4,200): Primed for a rebound after failing to score any FD points against the Chiefs last week, the Ravens face the struggling Browns. Cleveland’s revamped offense is experiencing growing pains under Baker Mayfield, who’s thrown five picks to three TDs and sports an underwhelming completion percentage (56.9). Favored at home, the Ravens offer an upside play.

Week 3 Rewind
Losing Saquon Barkley (high ankle sprain) to injury and duds from Kenny Golladay and Marquise Brown caused me to end up cashing in four of six contests. Brown disappointed in a smash spot against the Chiefs while showing his rookie volatility. His usage is trending in the right direction but there will be more down weeks to come. Golladay face-planted despite seeing a healthy eight targets, catching two passes for 17 yards. The rest of the main plays returned solid value.
QB: Lamar Jackson (21.28 2.5 x value)
QB: Dak Prescott (23.54 2.8 x value)
RB: Saquon Barkley (5.7 0.6 x value)
RB: Dalvin Cook (22.3 2.7 x value)
WR: Marquise Brown (5.9 0.9 x value)
WR: Kenny Golladay (2.7 0.4 x value)
TE: Darren Waller (20.6 3.8 x value)
D/ST: Dallas (12 (2.4 x value)
