Fantasy Football Week 15 Streamers: QB, TE, Team Defense
Before getting into Week 15’s streamers, here’s how Week 14’s streamers did (Yahoo! scoring, 0.5-point PPR).
Quarterback: Jared Goff-26.1 points
Tight End: Greg Dulcich-5.7 points
Team Defense: Cincinnati Bengals-8 points
It’s playoff time in most fantasy football leagues now, and here are your quarterback, tight end and team defense streamers for Week 15.
Quarterback: Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans at Los Angeles Chargers
Tannehill set a season-high for pass attempts in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars (38), completing 25 for 254 yards and two touchdowns (and an interception) with 16 rushing yards. While you probably haven’t been looking, he has multiple passing touchdowns in three of his last five games with 291 passing yards in one of the others.
In Week 15 Tannehill gets the Los Angeles Chargers, who despite being toward the bottom in pass attempts against are in the bottom-12 in the league in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks this season (Yahoo! scoring). On Sunday, Tannehill is in line to have to throw plenty and the potential return of wide receiver Treylon Burks will be helpful.
It may not be cosmetically beautiful. But Tannehill is lined up for a useful fantasy outing this week, and top-12 finish at the position is in play. The Titans’ signal caller rides a surge in late polling to being my top quarterback streamer for Week 15.

Others To Consider: Matt Ryan, Indianapolis Colts at Minnesota Vikings (Saturday); Taylor Heinicke, Washington Commanders vs. New York Giants (Sunday night); Mike White, New York Jets vs. Detroit Lions (check injury status); Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks (Thursday night, check availability); Desmond Ridder, Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints 2-quarterback leagues); Daniel Jones, New York Giants at Washington Commanders (Sunday night)
Tight End: Tyler Conklin, New York Jets vs. Detroit Lions
Conklin didn’t put up big yardage (28 yards) in Week 14 against the Buffalo Bills, but his five catches and eight targets were notable. He has 15 targets over the last two games, and a nice matchup is coming this week.
The Detroit Lions are allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to tight ends this season (0.5-point PPR). Even as their defense has played better lately, tight ends who are involved in their passing games have delivered production.

There is some question about the status of Jets quarterback Mike White for Sunday’s game after he took a brutal hit to the ribs last week. But Joe Flacco targeted Conklin at least seven times in each of the first three games this season, and in Week 11 Conklin had six catches for 79 yards and two touchdowns in a game Zach Wilson started. So if any Jets’ pass catcher is immune to who the quarterback is, Conklin is it.
Conklin does have a potentially ugly floor in this, or any, week. But the matchup is too good to ignore here, and if you’re streaming a tight end you have to target matchups.

Others to Consider: Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Dallas Cowboys (check availability); Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons; Chigoziem Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans at Los Angeles Chargers; Hunter Henry, New England Patriots at Las Vegas Raiders (Sunday night)
Team Defense: New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons
The Saints went into their Week 14 bye sour after allowing Tom Brady to beat them late in the fourth quarter Monday night in Week 13. They allowed a total of 30 points over their last two games, and they have allowed 20 or less points in five of their last six games. Week 15 lines them up for a nice outing.
The Falcons used their own Week 14 bye to make a quarterback change. Rookie Desmond Ridder is taking over for Marcus Mariota, and of course he’ll make his first NFL start on Sunday.
The downside for the Saints’ defense (from a fantasy perspective) is how run-heavy the Falcons are, and that will surely continue with a rookie starting under center.
It’s actually a very nice week for team defense streamers. But facing a rookie quarterback in his first NFL start puts the Saints at the top of the heap.
