Free NBA Draftkings Lineup Help and Advice 11/3/15

I am in love with 7 game slates. If you pick a few sleepers and a consistently good group of core guys you should win some cash. There are too many guys I need exposure to in 14 game slates, 7 seems like the perfect number. If you checked us out yesterday and took our advice, you probably won some cash.

Yesterday’s Highlight picks:

Greg Monroe: 45.25 DK points

Harden: 58.75  DK points

Aminu: 32.75 DK points

Grant: 21 DK points(added value at 3700)

I ended with 269.75 on DK which won me some money in a GPP. So let’s talk about tomorrow’s 7 game slate.

Point Guards

Elfrid Payton- $6,200 @NO

I have enjoyed Elfrid Payton being in the NBA, everything from his crazy hair to air balling two free throws in a row. I can’t wait to see what he has in store for us this year! But in all seriousness, Elfrid Payton is a stat sheet stuffer at point guard. His numbers remind me of Rondo’s last year in Boston(11 PPG, 8 RPG, 10 APG). Elfrid Payton has the opportunity every night to put up a triple double, and defensively he gets steals as well as a few blocked shots, here and there. Payton is going up against the worst team in the league at defending the PG spot. The Pels have given up the most fantasy points to opposing point guards this year. I hope Payton’s hamstring doesn’t bother him too much tonight. Keep an eye on it. Lastly, his price of $6,200 seems a bit too low, he is more of a $7,200 player most nights.

emm

Emmanuel Mudiay- $5,900 @LAL

Mudiay really puzzles me. I can’t get a read on this guy! I have no clue what to think about his game or the fact he didn’t go to college and played overseas instead. But what I do know is the Lakers defense is atrocious, so Mudiay should be in for a career night. The Lakers will be throwing the likes of Clarkson, Lou Williams, and Nick young to try and stop him, and none of those names scare me in the slightest. Mudiay puts up points in so many ways, through steals, assists, and scoring. The one thing that scares me is that he turns the ball over at a historically awful rate, but the Lakers defense is so poor that I don’t think Mudiay will turn the ball over as much. I think he turns those would-be turnovers into buckets and dishes. I think he has a really nice fantasy day at a low price of $5,900.

(A combo of Mudiay, Kyle Lowry, and Elfrid Payton sounds nice for tomorrow’s slate)

“The sleeper pick”- Denis Schroeder

Shooting Guard

Demar Derozan – $7,400 @DAL

I’m not going to waste your time or mine, I am just going to say the SG situation on Draftkings tomorrow is a nightmare. I am just paying up for Derozan tomorrow and moving on. Derozan is going up against a lackluster Wes Matthews, who doesn’t seem to be totally healthy. Derozan should put up around 38-40 at a price of $7,400, so I am putting him in the LU so we can all move on with our lives.

“The Sleeper Pick” – Will Barton

Small Forward

Paul George- $8,100 @DET

I am still the only one who thinks Paul George is underpriced. PG13 can stuff the stat sheet and when he heats up, watch out. I think he is fully healthy and ready to ball. He can fill the stat sheet in so many ways. And that offense isn’t crowded by Lance Stephenson, Roy Hibbert, and David West anymore. George will get plenty of looks. If I recall correctly, the first game of the preseason this year George dropped 20 points in the first quarter against the Pistons and all the starters were playing. Paul George hasn’t been limited in minutes at all, he’s averaging close to 36 minutes/game. When healthy, PG13 is a $9,300 type of player and I think he is healthy, so $8,100 seems like a steal tonight.

rudez

Rudy Gay- $7,400 @MEM(Revenge game alert)

Rudy Gay has the opportunity for a 50 point night on tuesday. Cousins is out and he was the focal point of the offense, so now it slides down to Mr. Rudy Gay. Rondo and Gay will be running the show on Tuesday and it should set up nicely for a good game for both of them. The only thing that scares me about this match up is…Tony Allen. One of the best defenders in the NBA, “Mr. 1st Team All-Defense” always shuts down big name Small Forwards, but I think Rudy will get so many shots that it won’t really matter from a fantasy perspective. On Draftkings, you don’t get deducted for missing shots and Rudy will be shooting a ton, so he should have a nice game.

“The sleeper pick”- Marcus Morris

Power Forward

Julius Randle- $5,100 vs. DEN jrrr

I am proud to say I was not scared off by Randle’s terrible game 2 in the 2015 season. I played him Sunday night and he went off for a whopping 56.25 DK points. Randle looks to be the steal of the 2014 Draft, simply put he is just a “walking double-double.” Dirk had no chance against the 20 year old big man from Kentucky on Sunday night. Dirk has been posting up against the biggest guys in the NBA for 15 years, it is a surprise to me he is still able to walk. Randle will be going up against the likes of Faried and Lauvergne, which surprisingly don’t scare me at all. The one concern about this match up I have is Randle seems to get into foul trouble pretty easily, but when he isn’t fouling guys left and right, he can put up 50+ DK points. Randle will be improving every day and $5,100 is just too cheap to pass on.

Marvin Williams- $4,500 vs. CHI

How on earth did Marvin Williams make it into one of our posts(You never know who will make it into one of our posts)?? Williams had always had the “bust” tag put on him after not living up to the 3rd overall pick in 2006. But things seem to be going swimmingly in Charlotte for Mr. Williams. He is averaging 31.5 DK points, and only costs $4,500. His Points/$ on DK is probably the best of any player in tomorrow’s slate. His first 3 games he has put up 28, 36.5, 30.25 DK points. He is getting looks and grabbing rebounds as a starter, so he has shown consistency as of late. Even if he only puts up 25 points that is still valuable when there are a lot of high priced guys you want to pay up for on Tuesday.

“The sleeper pick”- Marvin Williams

Centers

Andre Drummond- $8,200 @IND

I am going to keep playing Drummond until they raise his price to superstar level. Drummond is almost guaranteed 15 and 15 every night. That is always good for at least 40+ points on Draftkings. Drummond won Player of the Week for week 1 of the 2015 NBA season. That certainly won’t be his last Player of the Week award this year. Drummond is playing the Pacers, who have given up the fifth most fantasy points to opposing centers this year. This is too juicy of a match up for me to pass up, I don’t think Mahimi or Turner match up nicely to Drummond, so I will be playing Andre in every Lineup tomorrow. You MUST take advantage of his low price while you can.

Kosta Koufos- $3,700 vs. MEM(Revenge game alert)

Easily my favorite punt play for Tuesday. Koufos has done a relatively nice job backing up Cousins, now he will be starting in place for him tonight. According to Rotogrinders, Koufos has the best value at Center tomorrow, especially at $3,700. Koufos is playing his former team as well, which makes this match up extra intriguing. Koufos is $3,700 which means if he puts up more than about 17 DK points, we should chalk that up as a win. Koufos and Cauley-Stein should be splitting Cousins’ minutes and there should be a lot of opportunities for them to put up some fantasy points. Surprisingly, the “grit and grind” Grizzly defense has given up the 9th most fantasy points to opposing centers this year.

“The sleeper pick”- Willie Cauley-Stein
