FanDuel After Hours Cash Line Up (June 16)/Edit
Last month I published an article of this site entitled “How to Win Your MLB Cash Games.” If you missed it or wish to review it, you can do so at the provided link. This is a line up for tonight’s FanDuel “After Hours” slate of games, as it sets up very well for the cash game strategy I’ve been using. Again, this line-up is best used in cash games and is not recommended for tournaments.
Washington and the Los Angeles Dodgers are both heavy favorites tonight, with Vegas implied run totals of 4.29 and 4.19 respectively, so we’ll be targeting their hitters almost exclusively tonight.
P Tanner Roark (Was) Washington is a -175 favorite (biggest on the slate.) Roark has a 3.88 SIERA on the season to go with a strike out rate of 21.8% He’ll face a Padres team ranked in the bottom 5 in wOBA, ISO and K% vs right-handed pitching.
C Yasmani Grandal (LAD) Grandal isn’t having a great year, but still has a .179 ISO and a wOBA of .340 in his last 14 games. At $2700, we could do worse.
1B Adrian Gonzalez (LAD) Gonzalez is another Dodger not having a great year, but he usually hits right-handers well, to the tune of a .355 wOBA and a .205 ISO.
2B Daniel Murphy (Was) Murphy has cooled off a bit, but still has a wOBA of .379 vs righties and Padres pitcher Erik Johnson has a SIERA just under 5 and allows a .385 wOBA vs left-handed hitters.
3B Ryan Schimpf (SD) This is a complete punt, as FanDuel rules only allow us to roster 4 players per team.
SS Corey Seager (LAD) Seager, who has 15 home runs on the season, also has a .227 ISO vs right-handers and a wOBA of .496 in his last 14 games.
OF Bryce Harper (Was) Harper is showing signs of coming out of his extended slump. Even when he isn’t hitting well, he can usually score us some points, as he leads MLB in walks. His ISO of .328 is the highest on the slate.
OF Ben Revere (Was) Another player coming out of a slump, Revere has 4 hits and 3 stolen bases in his last 3 games and his spot atop the order is another advantage.
OF Joc Pederson (LAD) Pederson seems to be returning to form with 3 home runs in his last 12 at bats. His .215 ISO is attractive, as well.
EDIT- Daniel Murphy is not in the starting line-up for the Nationals. I will be using Case Utley at 2B and Wilson Ramos at catcher.

Based on starting line-ups, I’ll be replacing Ryan Schimpf with Yongervis Solarte and I’ll replace Joc Pederson with Trayce Thompson.
