NBA DFS Draftkings and Lineup Advice 12/5/15
Nothing better than Saturday night in the NBA! Hope everyone had a great Friday, here’s a look at some of our highlight picks from Friday’s article(12/4):
Greg Monroe= 40.75 DK points
LeBron James= 59.75 DK points
Al Horford= 37.75 DK points
Terrence Jones= 27.75 DK points
Lou Williams= 27.25 DK points
Our picks have been ? ? ? as of late, so let’s keep it up in tonight’s eight game slate!
Point Guards
Patrick Beverley- $4,400 vs. SAC
Vegas predicts the O/U of the Kings-Rockets game tonight at 217.5 combined points!! That means I am legally obligated to stack players from this game in a lineup. Both teams give up a ton of fantasy points, especially to point guards. It looks like Houston has given up on Ty Lawson, so Beverley has been getting all the minutes recently, he is averaging 29 MPG over his last four games. Beverley has been hot as of late, he was 4 for 4 from behind the arc against Dallas last night. Beverley has maxed his value in each of his last 5 games, I think that streak continues tonight against the Kings.
There are some terrible match ups tonight at point guard. The only one name that stuck out to me was Damian Lillard. $8,900 seems way too cheap for someone who shoots the ball 25 times a game. Damian Lillard was my pick to win the scoring title this year because he takes a ton of shots, especially three pointers, but it looks like the award is going to Curry and it’s not even close. Earlier this year, Lillard had 54 DK points against Minnesota(and that was with a healthy Rubio). Lillard is extremely consistent, so expect a similar performance tonight. Because there aren’t any good point guard match ups, you almost have to pay up for Lillard
“The Sleeper Pick”- Michael Carter-Williams

Shooting Guard
James Harden- $10,500 vs. SAC
There are too many reasons why one should play The Beard tonight, so we made a list to make it easier for everyone:
- The Kings give up the most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards.
- Harden is averaging 59 DK points/game over his last 9 games.
- He had 74 DK points against the Kings earlier this year.
- He is only $10,500, which is relatively cheap
- The Rockets are projected to score most points tonight.
- O/U is 217.5 combined points
Harden is our #1 player tonight by a long shot.
“The Sleeper Pick”- Jamal Crawford
Small Forwards
Trevor Ariza- $5,300 vs. SAC
Are you noticing a pattern here? This Rockets-Kings game is gonna be a shootout, it could be the highest scoring game all season, so we recommend stacking players from either side especially for cash games. Last game, Ariza saw 39 minutes on the court and scored 37.5 DK points against the Mavs. If Ariza can get shot attempts, he is an awesome fantasy player. When Ariza gets 10 or more field goal attempts/game he almost always scores 30+ DK points. There is going to be a ton of shooting in this game, so Ariza should play above his $5,300 price tag.
“The Sleeper Pick”- Tobias Harris
Power Forwards
Blake Griffin- $9,000 @ORL
FantasyLabs.com ranks Blake Griffin as their #1 player on Draftkings tonight. The reason why is because BG32 is $1,800 cheaper than DeMarcus Cousins and $10,500 cheaper than James Harden. Besides Harden, Griffin has the best match up of any player tonight on Draftkings and he is just $9,000. Channing Frye is going to have a long night trying to stop Griffin in the post. Griffin should be able to dominate Vucevic and Channing Frye, just be cautious of DeAndre vacuuming up all of Griffin’s potential rebounds.
Andrew Nicholson- $3,900 @LAC
Just waiting for Scott Skiles to name Andrew Nicholson the starter so we can move on with our lives. Nicholson is clearly much better than Frye and Aaron Gordon, but Skiles uses him as an energy guy off the bench. Nicholson plays above his price tag every night out. Nicholson just comes in and provides 15 points off the bench in just 25 minutes. I am banking on the Clippers to blow out the Magic, so that Nicholson can play 35 minutes and nab a double-double. I am buying Nicholson stock tonight at $3,900.
“The Sleeper Pick”- John Henson
Centers
Pau Gasol- $7,200 vs. CHA
Pau is a steal at $7,100 on Draftkings tonight. Gasol has scored 62.25 and 49.25 in his last two games. He destroyed the Nuggets last game and has an even better match up against the Hornets tonight. The Hornets are without Al Jefferson, so Cody Zeller will have to guard Pau. Gasol will do a lot of damage to Zeller and the Hornets tonight. The Bulls are projected -6(I like this bet a lot actually), so Gasol should play big minutes, and get extra points on DK for a double double.
Tim Duncan- $6,100 @ BOS
Duncan may not get many minutes anymore, but he can still be valuable in fantasy. Duncan has been averaging almost a double double at age 39 in only 27 minutes/game! Boston doesn’t defend bigs well, so Aldridge and Duncan should have big games. Duncan has averaged 33 DK points/game in his last 2 games. Duncan can still get it done and be productive when he is on the floor, he only needs about 30 DK points to be valuable at $6,100.
“The Sleeper Pick”- Frank Kaminsky(BOLD)
