NBA DraftKings DFS Values | 1/10/18
What’s up, GF2 fans! I’m back at it again this season bringing you guys some solid NBA values for the Wednesday night slate of games! This slate will consist of a nice 11-game schedule to play with. Each week the majority of my value plays will be at or under the $6,000 price range. Let’s get this DFS party started!
Point Guard
Ish Smith @ BKN ($5,700)
Smith has been doing very good in filling for the injured Reggie Jackson as of late. In three of his last five outings, he has scored 28+ FP for his owners and draws a juicy matchup for Wednesday evening. So far this year, the Nets rank 10th overall at defending against opposing point guards. This season, Smith is averaging 9.7 points, 2.6 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game for the Pistons.
Denzel Valentine @ NYK ($4,800)
I like Valentine because you obviously play him at multiple positions and he draws a nice matchup for this slate! So far this season, New York ranks 17th overall at defending against opposing point guards. This year, Valentine has managed to average a cool 22.9 FPPG for his loyal owners. In four of his last five outings, Valentine has scored 27+ FP for his owners.
Shooting Guard
Gary Harris vs. ATL ($5,900)
If you guys have been following me for a while, you’ll know that I’m a huge Gary Harris supporter! In three of his last five games, Harris has managed to score 31+ FP for his owners and draw a matchup against Atlanta for Wednesday. So far this year, the Hawks rank 30th overall at defending against opposing shooting guards. This season, Harris is averaging 16.7 points, 3.2 assists and 1.9 steals per game for the Nuggets.
Caris LeVert vs. DET ($5,400)
This kid has been playing some great basketball as of late of the Nets! In four of his last five outings, LeVert has scored 35+ FP for his owners and should be a nice play for this slate. So far this season, the Pistons rank 26th overall at defending against opposing shooting guards. This year, LeVert has managed to average a consistent 25.7 FPPG for his loyal owners.
Small Forward
Evan Fournier @ MIL ($5,700)
Like Gary Harris, I’m a big fan of Fournier because he can blow it up on any given night. Well, for this slate, he’ll be squaring off against a Bucks squad that ranks 20th versus opposing small forwards this year. So far this season, Fournier has managed to average a nice 28.9 FPPG for his DFS owners. This year, he’s averaging 17.9 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game for the Magic.
Will Barton vs. ATL ($5,600)

I really like Denver’s wing players for Wednesday evening versus Atlanta. So far this year, the Hawks rank 30th overall at defending against opposing small forwards. This season, Barton has managed to average a super solid 29.9 FPPG for his loyal owners. This year, he’s averaging 14.5 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.1 assists per outing for the Nuggets.
Power Forward
Kelly Olynyk @ IND ($5,900)
It’s always a good idea to stream big men versus the Pacers and Olynyk has been hot lately. So far this season, the Pacers rank 29th overall at defending against opposing power forwards. In three of his last four outings, Olynyk has scored 31+ FP for his owners. This year, Olynyk has managed to average a cool 23.6 FPPG for the Heat.
Ersan Ilyasova @ DEN ($5,700)
I’m really digging this game overall from a DFS standpoint! So far this year, Ilyasova has managed to average consistent 23.6 FPPG for his loyal owners. In four of his last five outings, Ersan has scored 31+ FP for the Hawks and draws a nice matchup for this slate of games. This season, the Nuggets rank 24th overall at defending against opposing power forwards.
Center
Bismack Biyombo @ MIL ($5,800)
I think this will be a solid matchup to attack with Biyombo for this slate of games. So far this year, the Bucks rank 23rd overall at defending against opposing centers. In three of his last five games, Biyombo has scored 33+ FP for his owners. The guy is a rebounding machine who will have ample opportunities to grab a ton of boards on Wednesday night.
John Henson vs. ORL ($4,800)
On the other side of the court, we have Henson who is a slightly cheaper option with just as much upside. So far this season, the Magic rank 26th overall at defending against opposing centers. This year, Henson has managed to average a decent 22.1 FPPG for his loyal owners. This season, he’s averaging 8.6 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game for Milwaukee.
