NBA DraftKings DFS Values | 11/22/17
What’s up, GF2 fans! I’m back at it again this season bringing you guys some solid NBA values for the Wednesday night slate of games! This slate will consist of a massive 14-game schedule to play with. Each week the majority of my value plays will be at or under the $6,000 price range. Let’s get this DFS party started!
Point Guard
Ricky Rubio vs. CHI ($5,800)
Rubio has been a bit underwhelming in his first season with the Jazz but I just can’t deny this matchup. So far this season, the Bulls rank 30th overall at defending against opposing point guards, making this a great matchup. This year, Rubio has managed to average a moderate 28.5 FPPG for his owners. In 2017, Rubio has averaged 13.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 5.1 assists per outing for Utah.
Jordan Clarkson @ SAC ($5,100)
Clarkson continues to be one of my go-to values at the point guard spot very often in 2017. In two of his last four games, Clarkson has scored 36+ FP for his owners and draws a tasty matchup for Wednesday night. So far this year, the Kings rank 17th overall at defending against opposing point guards. This season, Clarkson has managed to average a cool 23.8 FPPG for his owners.
Shooting Guard
Will Barton @ HOU ($5,400)
Barton always seems to be a wildcard every single slate but the guy can put up some real points on the right night! Well, for this slate, he’ll be taking on a fast-paced Houston squad that fits right into his playing style. So far this season, the Rockets rank 18th overall at defending against opposing shooting guards. This year, Barton has managed to average a solid 28.6 FPPG for his loyal owners.
Gary Harris @ HOU ($5,200)
A lot of people will potentially stack this game for good reasons! I’m expecting a ton of scoring especially from the Denver guards. So far this season, Harris has averaged 14.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.6 steals per outing for the Nuggets. In three of his last five games, Harris has scored 33+ FP for his owners and will be in a ton of my lineups for this slate.
Small Forward
DeMarre Carroll @ CLE ($5,300)
We all know that the Cavaliers play lackluster defense, so a guy such as Carroll can be very intriguing for this slate. So far this year, Cleveland ranks 19th overall at defending against opposing small forwards. This season, Carroll has averaged 13.6 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.3 steals per outing for the Nets. In four of his last five games, he’s scored 26+ FP for his owners.
Trevor Ariza vs. DEN ($5,200)

Like I said earlier, this will be a very popular game to target for this slate! So far this year, Ariza has been decent for the Rockets, averaging a nice 24.6 FPPG for his owners. This season, he’s averaging 10.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game for Houston. In 2017, the Nuggets rank 18th overall at defending against opposing small forwards.
Power Forward
Alex Len vs. MIL ($4,600)
If Tyson Chandler is once against out for Phoenix, Len will play a big part on the glass for our lineups. In two games without Chandler, Len has averaged 13.0 points, 15.5 rebounds and 1.0 block for the Suns. So far this season, he’s managed a super solid 24.1 FPPG for his loyal owners. This year, Milwaukee ranks 24th overall at defending against opposing power forwards.
Dirk Nowitzki @ MEM ($4,200)
Nowitzki is criminally underpriced on DraftKings in my opinion in a decent matchup. So far this year, the Grizzlies rank 28th overall at defending against opposing power forwards. This season, Nowitzki has averaged 10.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists per outing for the Mavericks. In two of his last four games, Dirk has scored 31+ FP for his owners.
Center
Brook Lopez @ SAC ($5,700)
A lot like Jordan Clarkson, Lopez has been a consistent value play from this Los Angeles squad for me in 2017. So far this year, he’s averaging 15.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game for the Lakers. Over his last two games, Lopez has scored 35+ FP for his loyal owners. This season, the Kings rank 28th overall at defending against opposing centers.
Greg Monroe vs. MIL ($4,600)
If you guys are into the revenge narrative, jump all over Monroe for Wednesday’s main slate! It’ll be his first time squaring off against a Bucks squad that recently traded him in the Eric Bledsoe deal. So far this season, Milwaukee ranks 24th overall at defending against opposing centers. This year, Monroe has managed to average a cool 18.3 FPPG for his loyal owners.
