NBA DraftKings DFS Values | 12/6/17
What’s up, GF2 fans! I’m back at it again this season bringing you guys some solid NBA values for the Wednesday night slate of games! This slate will consist of a nice 10-game schedule to play with. Each week the majority of my value plays will be at or under the $6,000 price range. Let’s get this DFS party started!
Point Guard
Rajon Rondo vs. DEN ($5,500)
I’m glad to see Rondo getting plenty of time on the court for the Pelicans as of late. Over his last five games, Rajon has played at least 27 minutes per outing for his team and draws a juicy matchup for Wednesday. So far this year, the Nuggets rank 24th overall at defending against opposing point guards. Over his last three games, Rondo has scored 38+ FPPG for his loyal owners and will be a steal for this slate.
Jamal Murray @ NOP ($5,100)
On the other side of the court, Murray also has a really nice matchup for Wednesday’s main slate of games. So far this season, the Pelicans rank 28th overall at defending against opposing point guards. This year, Murray has averaged 14.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists per outing for the Nuggets. Over his last two outings, he’s scored 28+ FPPG for his owners.
Shooting Guard
Justin Holiday @ IND ($5,800)
I’m a huge fan of Holiday for this slate of games facing off against a fast-paced Indiana squad. So far this year, the Pacers rank 23rd overall defending against opposing shooting guards. This season, Holiday has managed to average a cool 27.9 FPPG for his owners and will be in a ton of my lineups on Wednesday evening. In 2017, he’s averaging 14.7 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 steals per outing for the Bulls.
Jonathon Simmons vs. ATL ($5,200)
If you’re looking for an under the radar guy, Simmons could easily meet 5x value for this slate of games. So far this year, he’s averaging 14.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game for the Magic. In four of his last five outings, Simmons has scored 24+ FPPG for his owners. This season, the Hawks rank 30th overall at defending against opposing shooting guards.
Small Forward
Thaddeus Young vs. CHI ($5,900)
Young could end up being a really nice play against a really bad Bulls team for this slate of games! So far this season, Chicago ranks 22nd overall at defending against opposing small forwards. This year, Young has averaged 13.4 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game for the Pacers. In two of his last three outings, Young has scored 30+ FPPG for his loyal owners.
Kent Bazemore @ ORL ($5,400)

Bazemore is rather inconsistent but I could see him paying off easily for Wednesday’s main slate versus Orlando. So far this year, he’s averaging 12.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.9 steals per outing for the Hawks. This season, Bazemore has managed to average a nice 26.8 FPPG for his owners. This year, the Magic rank 20th overall at defending against opposing small forwards.
Power Forward
Pau Gasol vs. MIA ($5,700)
A lot like Bazemore, Gasol is sometimes hard to predict but I like him for this slate of games. So far this season, he’s managed to average a super solid 29.0 FPPG for his loyal owners. This year, Gasol is averaging 11.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.3 blocks per outing for the Spurs. In 2017, the Heat rank 19th overall at defending against opposing power forwards.
Zach Randolph @ CLE ($5,300)
This game could easily get out of hand fast, so hopefully, Randolph can compile a nice chunk of points quick for us all. So far this year, the Cavaliers rank 27th overall at defending against opposing power forwards. In 2017, Randolph has averaged 13.9 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per outing for the Kings. Over his last two games, Randolph has scored 33+ FPPG for his owners.
Center
John Henson vs. DET ($4,600)
I firmly believe in paying up for a center for this slate due to the extreme lack of viable value options that are available. I wouldn’t mind taking a stab in the dark with Henson who has a nice matchup versus the Pistons. In 2017, Detroit ranks 27th overall at defending against opposing centers. So far this year, Henson has managed to average a moderate 20.9 FPPG for his owners. In four of his last five outings, Henson has scored 22+ FPPG for the Bucks.
Frank Kaminsky vs. GSW ($3,900)
If you’re looking for an even cheaper option, Kaminsky could crush value on Wednesday night versus the Warriors! In two of his last three games, he’s scored 29+ FPPG for his owners and seems to be over his foot injury. So far this year, the Warriors rank 25th overall at defending against opposing centers.
