NBA Playoffs: Can the OKC Thunder Shock the Warriors?

Unanimously nominated MVP Stephen Curry and the rest of the Golden State Warriors are shocked by how well OKC is performing. The Warriors have been down before, but they have yet to suffer a deficit like this one. After losing at the Oracle in Game 1, and getting blown out by OKC in Game 3 by a score of 133-105, the Warriors find themselves down 2-1 and are tasked with the job of beating OKC at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.

Durant and the Thunder have all the momentum as they head into Game 4 with a home crowd that is one of the best in the league. Game 4 is crucial for both teams. The Warriors can’t afford to go down 1-3, but if OKC can take one more game before heading back to the Oracle, then they will almost certainly win the series. This upcoming game will be a large factor in determining who advances to the NBA finals, and who will get eliminated.

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook are more motivated than ever to get another chance at beating LeBron James in the finals. The last time KD and LeBron met in the finals, LeBron was a member of the Miami Heat alongside teammates Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade. With all of this in mind, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook will prevail and win not only Game 4 but the series as well. The Warriors had their time last year, and now, the motivated Thunder will succeed in their mission to make it to the finals.
