NFL Week 3 Fanduel Cash Plays
Quarterback
Kyler Murrary vs Lions ($8,400)
Kyler Murrary, what can we say about the second year Quarterback, well he has the Cardinals at 2-0. This week he gets a good match up vs Detroit, again the secondary is young/banged up, and we can connect the dots easily with DeAndre Hopkins. You could pay down here with a guy like Burrow, but with the insane value well see this week at Running Back due to injuries I’m willing to pay up at Quarterback. Detroit is still awful against the pass and ranks 22nd against the Quarterback position, and now we get to add one with a dual threat in Murrary.
Running Backs
Jerrick McKinnon vs Giants (5,700)
There’s a fist full of guys I could list here as a value Running Back cash play. Examples, Mike Davis from Carolina filling in for an injured Christian McCaffery, Wayne Gallman/Dion Lewis filling in for an injured Saqoun Barkley, I’m playing McKinnon here though, first off he is a multi threat, both running and receiving, my only concern is that Jeff Wilson may steal goaline work. The match-up itself isn’t the greatest The Giants ranked 7th versus Running Backs, I expect the 49ers to be up early and often in this one, add on a backup Quarterback in Nick Mullens, that has me all in on Jerrick McKinnon.
Miles Sanders vs Bengals (7,400)
Miles Sanders is simply too cheap. In his first week back he saw 20 carries for 95 yards and also added a rushing touchdown. In the passing game he had 7 targets, 3 catches for 37 yards. The Bengals rank 29th versus Running Backs and Miles Sanders does it all. Miles Sanders seems super safe here and Philly has failed to establish and identity in the first two weeks. They have great Tight-Ends in Ertz and Goddert, but outside of that this team lacks a ton of talent. Sanders is more productive than any Wide Receiver.
Wide Receivers
DeAndre Hopkins vs Lions (8,500)
Here’s a guy….. Oh wait I’m not a Collinsworth guy, but DeAndre Hopkins has been great in the first two weeks. He’s posted 16.8 and 22.1 Fanduel scores on 25 total targets and 22 receptions over two weeks. When Kyler throws Hopkins way its successful making for a very solid QB/WR connection with a solid match-up.
Michael Gallup vs Seahawks (5,700)

Those who have read previous articles of mine know I’m big on The Cowboys offense. Last week I gave value Tight- End Dalton Schultz (who is in my free agent adds portion of the website) and he happened to be targeted 10 times with 9 catches, and a touchdown. Dallas moves the ball, hate em or love them they are great for fantasy purposes. I’m going Gallup this week because he is under priced. Gallup has had only 10 targets over two games, but that will change this week expect Gallup to see 8-10 targets this week.
Tight-End
Hunter Henry vs Panthers ($6,00)
Who is the best receiving option on The Chargers? I would argue that its Hunter Henry. Henry has 16 targets across two weeks (8 in each game with two different Quarterbacks). This game will be a boring one, but I think we can safely project Henry for 5-8 grabs for 70ish yards, and he might score, that’s enough for me to want to roster him in cash games.
Defense
Indianapolis Colts vs Jets (4,800)
Here is another snooze fest of a game, but The Colts are a solid defense, and The Jets suck. Sam Darnold has no one to throw to, and old man Frank Gore is the top Running Back option on The Jets, I’ll take my shots here.
