The Best Bets for NFL Week 7 TNF (2022)

Under 22.5 first half -115 and U 44.5 -110

With the pitiful displays of scoring points, we have seen the past two weeks it is safe to say that the short weeks Thursday night teams are facing are hurting them on offense. I understand that in the past two weeks we have seen 4 teams that, so far this season, have not been able to score effectively on any day of the week, but even with the Bills/rams game and the Chiefs/chargers game it was low scoring in the first half. This paired with the Saints and Cardinals having low-scoring first halves in most of their games make me lean under 22.5 in the first half. Even though I like the first half Under more I also think the U44.5 will hit. Here are some of the recent trends for this. The saints through their last 11 TNF games have hit the under every time. Beyond that, as stated already, the Thursday games have been low scoring thus far this season with the under going 5-1. The Cardinals are also 4-1-1 hitting the under.

Saints ML +107

With both teams 2-4 and coming off losses I expect this to be a good game, and so does Vegas. It is becoming apparent that the Cardinals’ locker room is having some difficulties and it is coming out on the field. The Cardinals have lost the last eight home games. The Saints also average more passing yards, rushing yards, and points per game. This paired with the loss of the Cardinals’ leading receiver, and the questions surrounding Deandre Hopkins’ MCL injury. I believe this will be a close competition, but the Saints will pull off a win by a field goal.
