The Only Fantasy Football Wavier Article You Need, Week 11
WR Kadarius Toney (KC) 60 Percent Rostered
Ok, so this one might be hard because he is owned 60% on Sleeper, and he should have been picked up by most after the trade, but here we go…it’s finally Toney Season!!!! When Juju went down, with Hardman already out, Toney stepped up in a big way. He caught four balls for 57 yards and a TD and rushed for 33 more.
I’ll tell you, he looked like he was having fun. Google Toney and you will see the crazy catch he made while first adjusting his gloves while running the route. Who does that? My guess is in redraft, he is still out there since most have been riding the Hardman train. Now, I expect Hardman back since it was an abdominal strain and not an ankle/leg injury, but with the added excitement of Toney, I can’t imagine them turning away from him.
Coach Reid got him in Kansas City for a reason. That reason is his speed and hands. He might be the answer to Hill leaving for Miami. I trust Reid and his coaching mindset, so if Toney is out there, run don’t walk to grab him. Courtney Burrows @luvtractor3

Zach Ertz’s owners got some bad news on Monday afternoon when it was announced that he will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury. Insert rookie Trey McBride. McBride has a total of 4 catches for 31 yards on the season, but he now steps in to replace a player that led the Cardinals in total targets (yes DeAndre Hopkins missed 6 games).
Despite playing a career-high in snaps/snap percentage in week 10, I’m writing off his 1 catch for 7-yard performance due to the fact that the Cardinal’s backup and 3rd string QBs played the game. When Kyler Murray is playing, he likes looking the TE’s way.
Could it be because that TE was Zach Ertz? Maybe, but it’s a waiver risk I’m willing to at least stash on my bench. The Cardinals have at least 2 more matchups (Patriots and Bucs) against bottom-10 defenses vs TEs on the schedule so those could be streamable weeks for McBride. Jerry Wilke @JerryWilkeFM
TE Foster Moreau (LV) 31 Percent
With fellow Raiders’ tight end Darren Waller placed on injured reserve prior to the week ten game vs the Colts, Moreau took advantage of the opportunity. Moreau had three catches(on four targets) for 43 yards and a touchdown(13.3 PPR fantasy points). Over the last four games, he now has 14 catches(on 23 targets) for 144 yards receiving and one touchdown.
With Waller out until at least week 14, Moreau has an opportunity to be at least a lower-end TE1. In the five games that Waller missed in 2021, Moreau scored at least 10.7 fantasy points in three of those five games.
Although somewhat inconsistent (like most tight ends), Moreau is a viable option to replace your injured or underperforming starting tight end. Moreau played every snap this week, and that opportunity will continue to be available moving forward. Brian Craighead @vandygrad92
RB Jaylen Warren (PIT) 36%
Sometimes opportunity is more important than pure talent, and Jaylen Warren is definitely an example of that. He is opportunities and his snap share percentage has increased over his last three games. It’s not uncommon for rookies to take a little bit to get going and this could easily be a case of that.
Am I saying g he is the lead back?
Absolutely not.

But what with Najee Harris and the Steelers overall having a down season, I could definitely see a scenario where Warren gets more opportunities later in the season. So far he has only three weeks as a top-40 running back but two of those are in his last two games. If Harris’s usage goes down in the back half of the season we could easily see games where Warren gets about 40% of the workload. And with fantasy playoffs coming up sooner than later he could pay off in the end as a flex play or injury replacement.

The Buccaneer’s rookie Rashad White came into week 10 as the starting running back. Before Leonard Fournette left the game with his injury, White was leading the backfield playing 56% of the snaps. Now here’s the exciting part, once Fournette left the game not able to return, White took over the majority of the touches playing 80% of the snaps.
He finished the game with 22 carries for 105 yards. The one thing that makes Rashad White so special compared to his fellow rookie class is that he’s an elite pass catcher. He received 19% of his college target share which leads all rookie running backs this year. Pick up White right now and hold him through his week 11 bye week.
The Browns and Saints are Tampa Bay’s next two matchups, both teams are great matchups for opposing running backs.

RB Isaiah Pacheco (KC) 33%
Although the output(82 yards) was good, the volume(16 carries) was even better. One week after Patrick Mahomes led the team in rushing with six rushes for 63 yards and a touchdown, the Chiefs decided to run a more balanced offensive attack. Mahomes had 68 pass attempts vs the Titans in week nine ((as compared to 19 total rushes).
In contrast, Mahomes attempted 35 passes on Sunday vs the Jaguars. This was as compared to 27 rushing attempts. Also encouraging for potential Pacheco owners, he played in a season-high fifty-six percent of the snaps.
Although it is impossible to predict the run/pass balance moving forward, Pacheco is a talented enough player to take a chance on. If he can garner at least 15 carries per week, Pacheco should be a viable RB2 for the rest of the season. Brian Craighead @vandygrad92
WR Christian Watson (GB) 17%
Fantasy playoffs are right around the corner and the waiver wire is thinning out at this point. We’re all looking for the next big breakout. Well, look no further and add Christian Watson. Everyone in our leagues is going to be fighting over this breakout rookie after ending the week as a top 5 wide receiver.
He caught 4 of his 8 targets for 107 yards and 3 touchdowns with another possible touchdown catch, but he didn’t see it coming his way. Right now, the Packers are fighting for a playoff spot with a dismal core of receiving weapons. Now it finally looks like somebody stepped up as the #2 WR behind Allen Lazard. Watson played 54 snaps (84%) with the next receiver, Sammy Watkins, only playing 21 snaps (33%).
That’s a great sign for this rookie wide receiver who is earning the trust of Aaron Rodgers throughout last week’s game. Christian Watson’s usage should continue the rest of the season with Romeo Doubs missing another month of the season and Randall Cobb still out. Make sure you grab this athletic freak off the waiver wire before it’s too late.
Don’t hesitate to slide him right into your lineup next week against Tennessee. The way to beat the Titans is to abandon the run and beat them through the air. Christian Watson can see another big game this week against the Titans’ weak secondary.
Jamie Perog @JamiePerog
WR Nico Collins (HOU) 19%
Not the flashiest name on the wire, but Collins has consistently had a safe floor this year. He has yet to top 70 yards in a game, but at the same time, he’s had at least 4 catches in the past 4 games. Scoop him up if you’re looking for a safe option. Zach Carlson @ZachAttack180
Embed from Getty ImagesTE Cole Kmet (CHI) 53%
This may be the last week this year you can grab Cole Kmet. As I have said in the past we are all looking for the TE we can rely on. Well, here he is. Over the last 3 weeks, Kmet is 11/15 126 yards 5TDs. He is also TE1 over the previous 2 weeks and a top 7 for the year. With the way the offense is now being run with Justin Fields, Kmet is a MUST add if he is available in your league. Jayson Barnes @FantasyJay77
WR Laviska Shenault (CAR)
With Rhule gone the offense has really come together. Last week they made an effort to get Shenault the ball in space which led to a touchdown. As the offense continues to improve there will be more opportunities for Shenault. Maybe. The only problem is the carousel of quarterbacks Carolina has been stuck using. He’s a speculative grab at most for now but speculators find gold sometimes. Nathan Janasik
