Ultimate Rookie Report Week 13 2025
For the first time this season a wide receiver didn’t make the list. That hasn’t happened since week 12 of last year when QBs took four of the top five spots. It may not be interesting to you, but it weirdly is to me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
However, these people did make the PPR based rookie ranking countdown!

A kicker strikes again! Borregales made field goals of 22, 20, 28, and 23 yard distances. He also had three extra points. Borregales is actually the fourth best kicker of the year so far. Great job!

Judkins carried the ball 23 times for 91 yards. He also caught 3 passes for 18 yards. Not exactly spectacular, but a solid outing for a fantasy manager. Judkins gets to go against the 22nd ranked Tennessee Titans rush defense on Sunday, where I’m sure he’ll enjoy the tasty matchup.

In a game that I’m sure no one wanted to watch, Shough did pretty good. He almost led the Saints to a comeback when they were down 0-16 to the Miami Dolphins. Ultimately, an interception defensive return on a two point conversion made the game look worse than it was for the Saints. For the game, Shough completed 26/28 passes for 239 yards and two touchdowns. He also had six QB rushes for a total of 18 yards. He also had a nice little two point conversion run in there as well. I am intrigued to see what the Saints decide to do with their first pick of next year’s draft. They are currently slated to draft third overall. The 2026 quarterback class that was supposed to be great has completely imploded, so do they build around Shough or roll the dice with a new guy? Hard decision when they are clearly more than a QB away from being relevant. Next week, Shough and the Saints visit the Buccaneers and their 29th ranked pass defense.

Monangai (muh nun guy) is fun to say. Try it. Monangai. Twenty two rushes. Monangai. 130 yards. Monangai. One touchdown. Monangai. Get used to saying that name. Chicago is turning into the lightning and thunder style run game that coach Ben Johnson had in Detroit over the past couple of years. Monangai has had double digit performances in four of the last five and five of the last seven. Not bad at all for a kid who was drafted in the seventh round. Da Bears go to Green Bay next week, who are currently tied for seventh in rush defense.

I actually didn’t realize Harvey’s game was so poor until I looked it up for this column. Thirteen carries for 35 yards against the 27th best rush defense is just… icky. Three catches for 27 yards is fine, but this was supposed to be a major strength in Harvey’s game. Two touchdowns really saved the fantasy day (and the actual game, too). Denver will crush the Las Vegas Raiders next week. The Raiders have a middle of the league defense against the run so we’ll see how that goes.
Fantasy playoffs are coming. Keep grinding.
