Ultimate Rookie Report Week 3 2025

Finally a few signs of life! Let’s build on this momentum, guys!

If you play fantasy, PPR has pretty much become standard and this list will tell you the rookies who scored the most last week!

5. Emeka Egbuka (14.5)

The touchdown streak is over, but the production continues! Egbuka tied for the team high in targets (8) and led the team in catches (6) and yards (85). Egbuka gets a big test in the Philadelphia Eagles next week. With Mike Evans out, he will be the top wide receiver. We’ll have to see how he manages going against a corner like Quinyon Mitchell.

4. Quinshon Judkins (16.5)

Quinshon Judkins has completely taken over the Cleveland backfield. He carried the ball 18 times for 94 yards and a touchdown against a Packers defense that had been leading the league in scoring defense. He only had one catch for a yard, but that is always going to be a nice sprinkle on the Judkins points sundae, rather than the actual ice cream. Next week, Judkins goes against a Lions defense that held Derrick Henry to a pedestrian 50 yards, so temper any expectations.

3. Tory Horton (18.1)

The Seattle Seahawks beat up the Saints in every way possible. Tory Horton was a contributing factor in, not one, but two facets of this embarrassing mugging. Horton caught 3 passes for 32 yards and a touchdown. A fine but unspectacular outing especially for fantasy. Luckily, Horton also had 114 yards in punt returns (irrelevant) with a touchdown (hooray!). We’ll take those points any way we can get them.

2. Cam Skattebo (24.1)

Skattebo runs around like he wants to hurt people. I specifically remember a rush late in the game where he turned himself into a missile and launched himself at the defender. He may be my new favorite running back to watch on Sundays. Besides his insane mentality, he’s also very good. Skattebo had ten rushes for 60 yards and a touchdown, and six catches for 61 yards. What’s scary though is that Jaxson Dart was given the starting nod for the Giants next week. What is he going to be able to do with a quarterback that could actually open up some running lanes?

1. Omarion Hampton (24.9)

FINALLY. I’ve been begging one of the top two rookie RBs to do something. Omarion Hampton, against a stellar Denver defense, carried the ball 19 times for 70 yards and a touchdown. On top of that, he caught 6 passes for another 59 yards. Najee Harris tore his Achilles on Sunday and the Chargers’ running back depth is thin, so it’ll be all Hampton all the time on a Chargers team that is absolutely on fire right now. Chargers head to New York next week to play a Giants team that is 31st in the league against defending the run…

It’s still early enough that you could turn your season around, friends! At least that’s what I keep telling myself.

Good luck out there!
