Ultimate Rookie Report Week 4 2025

I knew all it took was a little motivation. It only took four weeks, but we finally have some big numbers to talk about! Three of the top 11 are rookies. Hopefully this is more foreshadowing than the other odd trend of 4 people who probably weren’t even drafted hitting the top 10.

As always, the weekly list is compiled using points per reception scoring. For the first time this season, these five guys all fell in the top 31 players of the week. Pretty amazing considering during week 2 of this year, the best player on this list was 61st overall.

5. Emeka Egbuka (20.1)

It wasn’t his most efficient day. Emeka Egbuka only caught four of 10 targets, but nobody will complain about the results. Egbuka had 101 yards and a touchdown for a solid 20.1 points on the week. As Egbuka continues his incredible production, he makes it more and more likely that he will give Ohio State its third offensive rookie of the year in four years. The Seattle Seahawks defense should be another tough test next week, but Egbuka has produced no matter the opponent.

4. Quinshon Judkins (21.5)

The Browns are bad. Quinshon Judkins is paradoxically good. With 21 carries, Judkins managed to get 82 yards and a touchdown. He also caught all four passes that came his way for another 33 yards. The whole Cleveland team had 249 yards which means Judkins accounted for 46.2% of the total team yards. I’m sorry, Quinshon. You don’t deserve that. The Vikings are coming to town next week and it is not going to get any easier to be a Brown.

3. Omarion Hampton (27.5)

Omarion Hampton has really taken off since the Najee Harris injury. He only had 12 carries this week but managed 128 yards and a touchdown. He also caught all five targets for 37 yards. He accounted for 48.8% of all Chargers yards.(Clearly I accidentally found this fun stat to track.) Washington is letting up 107.5 rush yards a game so far this season, so I anticipate another solid outing in week 6 for Hampton.

2. Woody Marks (27.9)

Nick Chubb has not looked good to start the season. Woody Marks was called into action and outperformed him in every way. Marks got more carries (17 to 13), ran more yards (69 to 47), had more targets (5 to 2) and more receiving yards (50 to 15) than the vet. He also produced two touchdowns in the process. Next week, Houston travels to Baltimore to face a Ravens team that forgot what the word defense means. I anticipate Marks will score three touchdowns and get 4000 yards in week 5.

1. Ashton Jeanty (33.5)

In Ashton Jeanty’s first three games, he had 145 yards after contact, for a total of 144 yards. That means 101% of his yards came after being touched by a defender. Is that confusing? Of course it is! This week, the offensive line gave Jeanty a chance with a solid 1.1 yards before contact and it paid off in a big way. 21 carries led to 138 rushing yards and a touchdown. Jeanty also caught two passes, both of which went for touchdowns. That’s three touchdowns for those counting. Hopefully this offensive line continues improving so Jeanty can be that top-rated running back we all believed he could be leading up to the draft. Kolton Miller being done for the season will make that a little difficult, but fantasy football is a game of hope and belief. Las Vegas flies to Indianapolis this upcoming week and they have been the 9th best team against the run. It may be difficult to reproduce this past week’s stats.

Go out and find a four leaf clover before it gets too cold. There’s a lot of major injuries out there this year. Good luck out there.
