Wayne Gallman– RB- New York Giants

Filling in for Barkley went better than anyone could have ever wanted out of Gallman. Gallman finished as PPR RB5 with 118 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns. While Gallman isn’t nearly the transcendent talent of Barkley he’s a capable back whos in line to get a lot of usage in the Giants’ offense. This makes him a quality RB2 from here on out until Barkley returns.

Jordan Howard– RB – Philadelphia Eagles

While Miles Sanders is universally owned in fantasy Jordan Howard who is in an almost 50/50 timeshare with him is available almost everywhere. While Sanders has just 6 more touches then Howard, he is behind him in yards and more importantly in scoring. Howard has three touchdowns to Sanders’ zero. Howard has the role in the red zone locked down which gives him value on a good offense.

Jameis Winston– QB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Jacoby Brissett– QB- Indianapolis Colts

Jacoby Brissett has been lights out this season. He’s had at least two touchdowns in every single game and has the ability to add points with his legs. With a nice talented supporting cast not only is Brissett a great streaming option against KC this week but is a guy you can feel confident in most weeks.

Ronald Jones– RB- Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Ronald Jones is finally starting to flash the talent that we saw in college in his best outing yet. Jones had 20 touches for 82 yards and a touchdown and could have had a much bigger day having 54 and 25 yard runs taken back. Arians is finally figuring out what a weapon Jones can be and with their weapons, he rarely faces base defense.

Darrel Williams– RB- Kansas City

DeMarcus Robinson- WR – Kansas City Chiefs

Cortland Sutton– WR – Denver Broncos

How the heck is Cortland Sutton available in over 50% of leagues out there? He’s been getting heavily targeted especially in the red zone. So far in 2019, he has had at least seven targets in every game and over 13 PPR points in all of them.

Gardner Minshew II- QB- Jacksonville Jaguars

Jaylen Samuels– RB- Pittsburgh Steelers

Preston Williams– WR- Miami Dolphins

Cole Beasley– WR- Buffalo Bills

Cole Beasley is out there doing Cole Beasley things. Beasley now has his second game of double-digit targets and third straight game of over a dozen PPR points. Yes, the upside is limited but Beasley gives you the kind of floor you can take chances in other spots.

Diontae Johnson– WR- Pittsburgh Steelers

Auden Tate– WR – Cincinnati Bengals

Phillip Dorsett II- WR- New England Patriots

The production wasn’t there for Phillip Dorsett this week but the underlying numbers were. Dorsett led the Patriots receivers in targets with 9 after 7 the week before. The Patriots offense if finally finding their roles with all of the turnover with the Antonio Brown saga which is good for Dorsett who is great at stretching the field. He’s an upside guy you can pair with a guy like Cole Beasley in a pinch.

Dawson Knox– TE- Buffalo Bills

Chris Herndon– TE- New York Jets

Before the season and the suspension being laid out Herndon was a fan favorite as a breakout tight end this year. Then the suspension happened and he was forgotten. With nobody in the offense other than Lev’eon Bell really stepping up Herndon could come in and be a target hog (especially when Darnold returns) and bring some talent to a rough tight end position.
