Week 15 Fantasy Football Streamers: QB, TE, Team Defense
Before getting into Week 15’s quarterback, tight end and team defense fantasy football streamers, let’s see how Week 14’s streamers did (Yahoo! scoring; 0.5-point PPR).
Quarterback: Gardner Minshew-15.1 points
Tight End: Isaiah Likely-16.8 points
Team Defense: Houston Texans-5 points
Another NFL and fantasy football season has flown by. It’s now Week 15, and playoff time in many leagues. Some leagues have a consolation bracket where some pride can be salvaged (and maybe a little money can be won).
Without further ado, here are Week 15’s quarterback, tight end and team defense streamers.
Quarterback: Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams vs. Washington Commanders
Stafford defied a tough matchup in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns (279 yards, three touchdowns), then he did it again in Week 14 against the Baltimore Ravens (294 yards, three touchdowns). He has 10 touchdown passes over his last three games, with over 22 fantasy points in all three.
Stafford starts a nice fantasy playoff schedule against the Washington Commanders, who are allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season (Yahoo! scoring). They have allowed the most touchdown passes (30) and the most passing yards per game. The only two quarterbacks all season have not topped 19 fantasy points against them (Joshua Dobbs and Mac Jones).
The tough matchups of the last two weeks kept Stafford off fantasy rosters, and kept him in the waiver wire/streaming conversation. I almost went against the grain and had him as the top quarterback streamer last week, and this week I’ll make it right.

Others To Consider: Gardner Minshew, Indianapolis Colts vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (Saturday); Jake Browning, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Minnesota Vikings (Saturday); Joe Flacco, Cleveland Browns vs. Chicago Bears; Will Levis, Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans; Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Green Bay Packers; Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints vs. New York Giants; Desmond Ridder, Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers
Tight End: Isaiah Likely, Baltimore Ravens at Jacksonville Jaguars (Sunday night)
His bottom line was somewhat skewed by a 54-yard touchdown, but Likely had five catches (on seven targets) for 83 yards and that touchdown against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 14. He is not fully replicating Mark Andrews‘ target share, but his snap share and route participation are high-end.

Week 15 brings a pretty good matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are bottom-10 in the league against tight ends. In Week 14, David Njoku had six catches for 91 yards and two touchdowns against them.
Likely should not anywhere near the streaming conversation, as fantasy managers seem to be grading him on the Andrews’ curve. But I’m going back to the well again this week, as anyone looking to stream a tight end in Week 15 has to start here.

Others to Consider: Hunter Henry, New England Patriots vs. Kansas City Chiefs; Logan Thomas, Washington Commanders at Los Angeles Rams; Chigoziem Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans; Tyler Conklin, New York Jets at Miami Dolphins; Tanner Hudson, Cincinnati Bengals vs. Minnesota Vikings (Saturday)
Team Defense: Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers
The Falcons are coming off a dismal outing in Week 14, but they posted at least nine fantasy points in three of four games before that. In Week 15, they get the best matchup a defense can get.
The Carolina Panthers have scored more than 15 points just once in their last eight games, and they needed garbage time to top 20 points the most recent time they did that (Week 5). Bryce Young has completed less than 42 percent of his passes over the last two games, and he has been sacked at least four times in six of the last seven games.
Way back in Week 1, the Falcons held the Panthers to 10 points with three takeaways and two sacks. A similar effort is lined up on Sunday, and maybe even better.
