Week 7 Waiver Wire Pickups

Players available in 25-50% of leagues

Adrian Peterson- RB- Washington Redskins

Latavius Murray- RB- New Orleans Saints

Robby Anderson- WR- New York Jets

Who would have ever thought the return of a starting quarterback would help out a talented young receiver. Robby Anderson exploded this week with 125 yards and a touchdown on 8 targets, all highs for the season. Weeks 7 and 8 could be rough coming up but after that Anderson has some cake matchups for the following 6 weeks. If you are lucky enough for him to be available (available in 44% of leagues on ESPN) he’s a priority pick up.

Hunter Henry- TE- Los Angeles Chargers

For some reason in a terrible tight end landscape people dropped Hunter Henry and he is available in 46% of leagues in a putrid tight end landscape. Henry has the skillset to finish as a top tier TE1, if hes there spend the FAAB and sure up the tight end position.

Players available in more than 75% of leagues

Sam Darnold -QB- New York Jets

As mentioned before Sam Darnold is back and looked great finishing as a QB1 against a Dallas defense that has been stingy this year. Darnold has the upside to explode any time and provides a ton of upside in the upcoming weeks.

Benny Snell- RB- Pittsburgh Steelers

Mark Walton- RB- Miami Dolphins

In the inexplicable case of the Dolphins tanking they decided to use Mark Walton this week. What really stood out in is production is his use in the pas game where he caught 5 balls for 43 yards. Walton could be a sneaky PPR stash for upcoming weeks.

Chase Edmunds- RB – Arizona Cardinals

Darrell Henderson Jr- RB- Los Angeles Rams

Jamal Williams- RB – Green bay Packers

Is Jamal Williams season finally upon us. After multiple mistakes by beloved running back Aaron Jones, Williams had 136 yards off 16 touches. While the Packers are most definitely a committee they always seem to go back to Williams due to his reliability. With a lot of injuries he’s worth a waiver add and a flex start in a pinch.

Allen Lazard- WR- Green Bay Packers

Davonte Adams is already hurt now Marquez Valdes-Scantling is out as well. This opens things up for second year big bodied receiver Allen Lazard had 65 yards and a touchdown. His 6’5 frame could lead to him being the Packers top red zone target.

Jakobi Meyers-WR- New England Patriots

Auden Tate- WR – Cincinnati Bengals

Auden Tate has looked great this week and his target share keeps going up. Tate was targeted 12 times and converted it for 91 yards making multiple spectacular catches. With no real time table on AJ Green, Tate has the ability to keep producing in the offense.

Adam Humphries- WR- Tennessee Titans

Cedrick Wilson- WR- Dallas Cowboys

With an injury to Amari Cooper, Cedrick Wilson is the next man up. He had 6 targets in Cooper’s absence and if he is out any extended period Wilson could get some volume.

Darius Slayton- WR- New York Giants

Slayton had a rough go against the Patriots but so has every team this year. The rookie receiver is becoming one of Daniel Jones’ favorite targets and should be a nice bye week filler with Arizona and Detroit coming up.

Jaron Brown- Seattle Seahawks

Ricky Seals-Jones- TE- Cleveland Browns
