Running Backs
START
Justin Forsett–Ravens
This season got off to a disappointing start for the Forsett and his owners. He has slowly been righting the ship. He comes into week 10 with 562 yards and 2 touchdowns, with a YPC of 4.2, he is on pace for his highest YPC of his Career.
This week he gets a matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags have looked better as a team, but, they still have a long way to go. This is a good matchup for Forsett as the Jags allow the 8th most fantasy points to RBs this year.
DeAngelo Williams-Steelers
He started the season as the Steelers starting RB. He did an excellent job in the first couple of weeks in this system. It seems to fit his skill set nicely. With LeVeon Bell out for the season, he is the man in Pittsburgh, I see no reason why he can’t build on his big numbers last week and make an impact.
This week he gets a matchup against the Cleveland Browns. They have allowed the 6th most fantasy points to RBs this year. Let’s be honest, if they didn’t run into Jeremy Hill last week, this could have been a bottom 3 defense coming into this week.
Antonio Andrews-Titans
He has been a surprise this season, nobody expected that he would hold the Titans starting RB job at this point in the season. On the season he has just 290 yards and 2 touchdowns, but, he has only carried the ball 73 times this year, so those numbers aren’t bad at all.
This week he gets a matchup against a Panthers defense that can be scary. However, they have allowed the 7th most fantasy points to the position this year. I’m expecting the titans will attempt to run the ball all day long.
Doug Martin-Buccaneers
Doug Martin got off to a slow start this season. Then from week 4 to week 7 he went on a tear, totaling over 80 fantasy points in 3 games. The last couple of weeks he looked more like the Doug Martin from the beginning of the season than the Doug Martin we saw from week 4 to week 8.

This week the matchup is there for him, as the Cowboys have the worst rush defense in the league. The only thing that can stop him is if the Cowboys blow out the Bucs. I don’t see that happening with Romo still out.
DeMarco Murray– Eagles
The expectations were through the roof as he aligned himself with the false genius, Chip Kelly. When the season started it seemed this match made in heaven just wasn’t going to pan out. However, things seem to be trending up for Murray, as he has averaged 119 total yards over his last 4 games.
This week the matchup is good as he plays the Miami Dolphins, who can’t seem to stop any running back they play. They are currently the 5th worst defense in the league against the run.
SIT
Isaiah Crowell–Browns
He has lost the title of most valuable RB in the Browns backfield to Duke Johnson Jr. Now that Robert Turbin has been released he should have more than enough opportunity to make something happen down the homestretch this season.
This week he gets a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, they rank inside the top 5 against RBs. This is the type of week where they feature Duke in the passing game and go away from Crowell as the game goes on.
Wide Receivers
START
Allen Robinson-Jaguars
When the season started there were high expectations for Robinson and he has lived up to the billing. He is clearly the number one target on this team and he gets boat loads of targets, week in and week out.
This week he gets a matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. They have fallen off as a defense the past few weeks, averaging under 3 points a game. I would expect Robinson to expose the weak safeties on this D.
Stefon Diggs-Vikings
He spent 4 weeks just going off on defenses, until last week when he ran up against the Rams. Last week was the result of a bad matchup, don’t read too much into it.
This week he gets the Oakland Raiders, who haven’t stopped anyone this year. I’m expecting Diggs to go back to scoring 20 plus this week.
SIT
Doug Baldwin-Seahawks
He hasn’t really stood out this year. The Seahawks offense as a whole seems to be a big mess. The offensive line simply isn’t allowing Russell Wilson enough time to cycle through all his Targets.
This week he gets a matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. That means a date with the best corner in the league, Patrick Peterson. The smart move is to sit him this week and start anyone you have over him.
Jeremy Maclin-Chiefs
He has given this Chiefs offense a different identity, with his ability to break the big plays. This year, he has 42 receptions, 566 yards and 2 touchdowns.
This week he has to deal with the Denver Bronco’s defense, they are elite by anyone standards and will be showing up to take him out of the game.
Tight End
START
Eric Ebron-Lions
He has had moments where he has looked like a breakout candidate this year. He has also had moments where he has looked ineffective.
This week he gets a matchup against the Green Bay Packers. They have the 8th worst defense in the league when it comes to defending the TE. The bottom line here is, the only way the Lions are going to find success is if they attack the middle of this packers defense.
SIT
Jimmy Graham-Seahawks
He has had moments where he looks like he is going to excel in this offense. He has also had moments where things just don’t seem to be working out. I’m expecting this to be one of those frustrating weeks for Jimmy Graham owners.
This week he gets a matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. They rank inside the top 5 against TEs, I’m avoiding this matchup.
