NBA DFS FanDuel Value Plays for 11/3/16

What’s up, GF2 fans! I’m back once again with my FanDuel value plays! Thursday night’s slate will only consist of a five-game schedule but does have some intriguing matchups. Obviously, we’ll want to have as much exposure to the Warriors versus Thunder game as possible. In this article, I’m going to highlight a couple of solid values for each position, so let’s get started.

Here are my FanDuel value plays for the 11/3/16 slate:

Point Guard

Jeff Teague, @Bucks ($6,200)

Teague is borderline too expensive to be a value play but I think he’ll still be a decent option for this slate. He’ll be facing off against a lackluster Bucks defense that allows plenty of PPG to opposing teams. So far this year, Teague has been consistent for the Pacers, averaging a cool 24.88 FD points per outing for his owners. He’ll be a nice pivot option for your GPP lineups on Thursday night.

Matthew Dellavedova, vs. Pacers ($4,800)

Delly is actually one of my favorite overall value plays for Thursday’s main slate! You’ll see him more than likely slide over to two guard where he’ll excel in this matchup. Dellavedova will draw a juicy defensive matchup against Monta Ellis, who doesn’t really guard anyone. So far this year, Delly has been solid for the Bucks, averaging a nice 25.77 FD points per game.

Shooting Guard

Victor Oladipo, @Warriors ($6,000)

At $6,000, Oladipo could be a steal for this slate in what should be a high-scoring contest. I see both Russell Westbrook and him scoring a ton of fantasy points in this one against a high-octane Warriors group. Oladipo’s offensive presence will be needed in order for the Thunder to keep pace in this one. In his first year with Oklahoma City, Dipo has managed to average a consistent 24.90 FD points per game for his owners.

Zach LaVine, vs. Nuggets ($6,000)

I may like LaVine has much as I do Oladipo for this slate. He’ll draw a cake matchup against a Nuggets squad that doesn’t defend well versus opposing shooting guards at all. LaVine has been one of the top fantasy scorers from this young Wolves squad in 2016, averaging 31.43 FD points per game. I expect this contest to be rather a high scoring one, so I’ll want plenty of exposure to it also.

Small Forward

Aaron Gordon, vs. Kings ($5,800)

I really wish Gordon will get his shooting down because he’d be a big-time fantasy threat if he did. Luckily, for us fantasy owners, he does pack the stat sheet in other areas, so he’s a good play, regardless. Gordon is basically locked into Orlando’s starting small forward role, so he’ll easily see 30+ minutes in this game. I expect the Magic to be able to take advantage of this stellar matchup, so Gordon will be a lock for my lineups on Thursday night.

Andre Roberson, @Warriors ($4,300)

Like I said earlier, this is the game that you want to target, especially for your cash lineups. I’m not going to bet a ton of money that Roberson puts up a plethora of points for this slate but he’ll be needed by OKC to keep pace. So far this year, he has been very productive from a fantasy standpoint, averaging 25.2 FD points per contest for his loyal fantasy owners.

Power Forward

Nikola Jokic, @Wolves ($5,900)

Jokic always has the potential to be a big-time play but he’s been a bit underwhelming thus far. Averaging just 27.37 FD points per game for his owners, Nikola has the potential for so much more. This matchup isn’t an ideal one but on a short slate, you could do much worse. I’m expecting a close game, which will bode well for Jokic’s owners because he should see plenty of minutes.

Serge Ibaka, vs. Kings ($5,600)

I really expected Ibaka to prosper on this Magic squad after getting out of Durant and Westbrook’s shadows. Well, so far he’s been hit or miss for our lineups but I love this matchup overall. Anytime you can stream some guys versus Sacramento it’s an appetite for success. So far in 2016, Ibaka has managed to average a solid 22.67 FD points per contest for his owners.

Center

Jusuf Nurkic, @Wolves ($5,600)

I actually really like Nurkic even more than his teammate Jokic! Turkic has been a force to be reckoned with so far this season and should do well for this slate. In 2016, he’s managed to average an explosive 36.9 FD points per game for his owners. Hopefully, Karl-Anthony Towns will get into quick foul trouble, which would make for a great night for Nurkic.

Steven Adams, @Warriors ($5,300)

I’ll say it once more, this is the game that you want to target, especially for your cash lineups! Adams will match up with an old Zaza Pachulia, who he should be able to own on the boards. So far this year, he’s managed to average a cool 27.97 FD points per game for his owners and will find his way into a ton of my lineups. There aren’t a ton of big-time center options for this slate, so Adams should be a top option.
