Fantasy Football Cut’em or Keep’em: Week 10

Overall the past few days and the rest of the week look pretty uneventful. Not much on the waiver wire, maybe the most boring Thursday Night game in existence (Ravens vs. Browns), and Amari Cooper and TY Hilton are on bye. Pretty boring if you ask me.

Apparently (I haven’t stepped out of my fantasy cocoon since mock drafts started up in June) an election happened? Nick Saban was oblivious to it, so why can’t I be? From what I understand, an old guy that hangs out in locker rooms with an insane spray tan won the electoral college over the biggest snitch ever. Again, I am just repeating what I see on Twitter. We’re two days removed from the election yet there’s enough beef on twitter to feed an entire family for a year.

Like I said, I have more important things to focus on! People’s first round picks are busting, and man do they regret putting faith into Matt Jones in Washington.  I’ll always be here to offer fantasy advice and make sure that you keep your focus on what matters: Fantasy Football.

Cut’em or Keep’em Week 10

Will Fuller, (HOU) 60.3% owned

For the record, I thought Fuller was extremely overrated coming into the NFL. He dropped a whopping 13.4% of passes at Notre Dame, and struggled over the middle due to his small frame. Some pundits compared Fuller to Desean Jackson, and that’s just bull. Jackson is worlds above Fuller.

After a fast start in 2016 for Houston, Fuller has put up 5 points or under every week since week 4. The Texans offense is struggling mightily, and the rookie is feeling the effects of that.    Verdict: Cut

 Matt Jones, (WAS) 70.3% owned

I’m a fan of Robert Kelley. Jay Gruden stated after Wednesday’s practices that Jones would have to “earn” his workload back from Kelley after his return from injury. With all these negatives I still think dropped Jones would be a mistake. He is ONE big play away from earning his job back. He has averaged 4.6 YPC this season, you can’t just let that efficiency go. Verdict:  Keep

Rashad Jennings, (NYG) 74.7% owned

Rashad Jennings probably has the least upside of any starting RB in the NFL. He’s old, hasn’t had over 80 yards in a game, and gains 2.6 yards for each of his carries. Alongside those negatives is Paul Perkins, an explosive rookie out of UCLA. Perkins out touched Jennings last week, and this backfield is an RBBC at best for Jennings.  Verdict: Cut

 Ryan Mathews, (PHI) 77.7% owned

Philadelphia’s back field is terrible, yet talented. While neither Darren Sproles nor Ryan Mathews are terrible, neither of them get the bulk of the workload. Sproles has out carried Mathews for two straight weeks, but Mathews has still put up over 7 points each week because of his goal line work. Hold onto Matthews. VerdictKeep

Willie Snead, (NO) 80.1% owned

Snead came flying out of the gates this season with 14 receptions, 236 yards, and two TDs in his first two games. Since then Ohio State rookie Michael Thomas has emerged. Snead has fallen to third for targets on the team, and is no longer the main factor in the end zone. Michael Thomas isn’t going anywhere, and Snead should going off your team  Verdict: Cut
