NBA DraftKings DFS Values | 2/28/18

What’s up, GF2 fans! I’m back at it again this season bringing you guys some solid NBA values for the Wednesday night slate of games! This slate will consist of a nice 9-game schedule to play with. Each week the majority of my value plays will be at or under the $6,000 price range. Let’s get this DFS party started!

Point Guard

Dejounte Murray vs. NOP ($6,000)

Murray has the ability to put up a great stat line most nights, especially this slate versus the Pelicans. So far this year, New Orleans ranks 29th overall at defending against opposing point guards. In two of his last three outings, Murray has scored 30+ FP for his owners and is playing a decent amount of minutes. This season, he’s averaging 7.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game for the Spurs.

Cory Joseph @ ATL ($5,200)

With Darren Collison out for this contest, Joseph will have the opportunity to play plenty of minutes for this slate. He’s recorded multiple steals in five of his last eight games, which just adds to the intrigue for me. In two of his last three outings, Joseph has scored 33+ FP for his loyal owners. So far this year, the Hawks rank 15th overall at defending against opposing point guards.

Shooting Guard

Andrew Harrison vs. PHO ($5,700)

With Tyreke Hill already set to be out for this slate with a rib injury, Harrison should be a nice DFS option. In three of his last four games, Harrison has scored 30+ FP for his owners and draws a nice matchup for Wednesday evening. So far this season, the Suns rank 25th overall at defending against opposing shooting guards. Harrison isn’t a big-time scoring option for Memphis but he does stuff the stat sheets.

Jaylen Brown vs. CHA ($5,600)

This seems like a fair price tag for a guy such as Brown who can explode on any given night for the DFS community. So far this year, he’s averaging 14.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists per outing for the Celtics. This season, Brown has managed to average a cool 25.9 FPPG for his loyal owners. This year, the Hornets rank 26th overall at defending against opposing shooting guards.

Small Forward

Kent Bazemore vs. IND ($5,600)

I’m a firm believer that Bazemore will have a solid game on Wednesday night for the Hawks. So far this season, the Pacers rank 15th overall at defending against opposing small forwards. This year, Bazemore has managed to average a super solid 27.5 FPPG for this loyal DFS owners. This season, he’s averaging 13.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.6 steals per game for Atlanta.

Bojan Bogdanovic @ ATL ($5,400)

I believe this game is without a doubt a spot to target some value plays! So far this year, Bogdanovic has averaged 13.7 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists per outing for the Pacers. This season, he’s managed to average a decent 21.9 FPPG for his owners and draws a juicy matchup for this slate. This year, the Hawks rank 30th overall at defending against opposing small forwards.

Power Forward

JaMychal Green vs. PHO ($5,400)

Typically the Memphis guys are super attractive fantasy options but I can’t deny this matchup versus Phoenix. So far this season, the Suns rank 30th overall at defending against opposing power forwards. In three of his last five outings, Green has scored 34+ FP for his loyal owners. This year, he’s averaging 10.4 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game for the Grizzlies.

Frank Kaminsky @ BOS ($4,400)

If Kaminsky gets the minutes, he’ll easily meet his value for this slate of games versus Boston. He’s seen at least 22 minutes over his last few outings, which should be enough for him to meet pay dirt. In two of his last three outings, Kaminsky has scored 29+ FP for his loyal owners. So far this year, the Celtics rank 23rd overall at defending against opposing power forwards.

Center

Jonas Valanciunas @ ORL ($5,800)

Streaming big men against this Magic squad has paid off in the past so I like Valanciunas a lot for this slate. So far this season, Orlando ranks 23rd overall defending against opposing centers. This year, Valanciunas has managed to average a nice 26.1 FPPG for his loyal owners. This season, he’s averaging 11.8 points and 8.4 rebounds per outing for the Raptors.

Marcin Gortat vs. GSW ($4,800)

Gortat is always a decent value play in the right matchup, especially at this price tag. So far this year, the Warriors rank 11th overall at defending against opposing centers. This season, Gortat has managed to average a cool 23.8 FPPG for his owners. This year, he’s averaging 8.8 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game for the Wizards.
