DFS CFL DraftKings Lineup Advice 6/27/19

Back for Week 3 of the CFL season. Had a nice 16th place finish in the GPP I entered last week, looking to bump it up a bit. The lesson about trusting the system came in huge for me as Trevor Harris and an Edmonton stack did wonders. That being said, I completely missed on Hamilton, who ate Toronto alive putting up massive points. Let’s see how we do this week.

Quarterbacks

Jeremiah Masoli (Hamilton) $10,800 vs. Montreal

Jeremiah Masoli is the most expensive QB, but also the best option here. Montreal is bad, but not Toronto bad which eliminates any concern (hopefully) of Masoli being pulled in a blowout. Masoli also gets it done with his legs (he had a rushing touchdown last week) which the other top qb options do not provide.

Others to consider: 

Trevor Harris $10,500 @ Winnipeg, Cody Fajardo versus Toronto $8,400 (this is a sneaky pick, Toronto is awful, and Fajardo was huge last week against Ottawa), Mike Reilly $10,200 @ Calgary (Reilly is too good not to get it going soon)

Kyran Moore WR (Saskatchewan) $6,900 vs. Toronto

Toronto gave up 64 points last week and Masoli threw for 300 plus yards and 3 td’s. While Fajardo might not match that performance he will take advantage of Toronto’s weak D, and Kyran Moore is proving to be a steady target for him. At $6,900 I think Kyran Moore is a strong play and provides strong value here.

Others to consider: 

Andrew Harris RB $8,900 versus Edmonton (if you can afford him, Harris is too versatile and too good not to put up a nice game against the Eskimos here), Brandon Banks WR $9,600 versus Montreal (bump up if Tasker is still out), Bralon Addison WR $7,600 versus Montreal

Defenses

Saskatchewan Roughriders $4,700 vs. Toronto

To me this is a no brainer. While they are not the most expensive D, the Roughriders draw Toronto, who really is not very good. The Tiger-Cats put up two defensive touchdowns against the Argos last week and it is quite possible that the Roughriders do the same this week.

Calgary $5,200 versus B.C., Hamilton $5,100 versus Montreal
