DraftKings Value Plays- NFL Week 10 (11/10/19)
In week 9 the chalk was condensed around a few players and they hit, so hopefully you were on them otherwise it was difficult to win big. Week 10 offers up some similar “obvious” value plays that will result in high ownership but sometimes you just take the value and run. That is my plan this week.
Please note, a ton can (and will) change between article posting and kickoff, follow me on Twitter for all my thoughts on additional value coming and going before lineups lock.
QUARTERBACK
Daniel Jones ($5,700), New York Giants at New York Jets:
I personally don’t anticipate paying down at QB on the main slates. The highest priced QB’s are in the best matchups and it’s going to be tough to avoid. However, if you need the savings, Daniel Jones is about as low as I can stomach. He gets lucky as he is playing a home game but is technically a visitor at the Jets. Speaking of the Jets, we know their defense is horrible, so I don’t mind taking a risk with the rookie QB.
RUNNING BACK
Devin Singletary ($5,000), Buffalo Bills at Cleveland Browns:
I think the Bills finally saw what most of us knew in the preseason, Singletary is a playmaker. Frank Gore still looms to vulture yards and TD’s but I am willing to be Devin has taken over as the 1a in this running attack.
Ronald Jones ($4,300), Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Arizona Cardinals:
Same story as above, a running back getting elevated to 1a status in the rushing attack. I do not think Ronald Jones is nearly as skilled as Singletary but he is a bit cheaper and is playing in the better matchup. This looks like a good week to grab a cheaper RB.
WIDE RECEIVER
Curtis Samuel ($4,600) Carolina Panthers at Green Bay Packers:
Last week I pushed for D.J. Moore and he delivered. This week, let’s go to his equally as skilled counterpart. Green Bay has struggled against #2 WR’s all year and Panthers should be down and passing late in this game. I expect Samuel to be above 5K when we get to week 11.
TIGHT END
Rhett Ellison ($2,500), New York Giants at New York Jets:
Rhett isn’t typically the type of TE I would target but at the minimum salary he lets you do so much with the rest of your roster, which you might need to get to some of the best players. I will give him a look when making lineups.

DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS
Arizona Cardinals ($2,200) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
The Cardinals defense isn’t good. But at this cheap price point, we only need “Bad Jameis” to make a cameo for a few series and they will pay off the price tag.
