DraftKings Cash Plays- NFL Week 4 (10/4/20)
Week 4, we have our first COVID issue affecting the games this week. I will just leave it at that as it appears the NFL has proper protocols and procedures in place. Each week I will provide my Draftkings NFL Cash Game plays for the week. I will provide one play at each position (QB, RB, WR, and TE). Defenses should be picked last and I never consider a defense a must play for cash game purposes.
These cash plays can be supplemented by the top stacks and value plays that are released later in the week. Please note, a ton can (and will) change between article posting and kickoff, follow me on Twitter for all my thoughts on additional plays before lineups lock.
QUARTERBACK
Deshaun Watson ($6,600) Houston Texans vs. Minnesota Vikings:
After a brutal three week stretch for Houston, they are finally in a get right spot against the reeling Vikings. Matchup doesn’t get any better and Watson is still a top 5 QB in my opinion. Save some money off the higher priced chalky QB’s and play Watson with confidence.
RUNNING BACK
Alvin Kamara ($8,000), New Orleans Saints at Detroit Lions:
Kamara finally makes his way to the main slate after two dominating performances in prime time. DraftKings did not do a good job adjusting his salary based on his usage during Michael Thomas’ absence. I don’t care if MT plays or not, Kamara is underpriced and should easily smash this cupcake Lions defense.
WIDE RECEIVER
D.J. Moore ($5,600) Carolina Panthers vs. Arizona Cardinals:
D.J. Moore has had some tough matchups early on in the year and his salary reflects that. Now he gets the opportunity to feast against an overrated Patrick Peterson and the Cardinals secondary. Its rare to get a pro bowl talent #1 in the mid 5K range. I will capitalize because he will be back up to mid 6K pricing next week.

Adam Trautman ($2,500), New Orleans Saints at Detroit Lions:
This is contingent on Jared Cook missing the game. If he does, DraftKings didn’t have time to adjust to the injury and left Adam Trautman at bottom barrel pricing. I don’t expect him to crush the Lions, but he only has to have a handful of catches to pay off that salary.
