Ultimate Rookie Report Wildcard Round
Although there are some playoff leagues out there, I don’t have access to their scoring. I just didn’t want to give my babies up just yet. Here’s how rookies did in the Wildcard round of the playoffs!

Talk about going out with a bang. The Los Angeles Chargers lost the game but McConkey solidified himself as one of the best wide receivers in the league. Ladd caught nine of his 14 targets for 197 yards and a touchdown. His fellow wide receivers were terrible, so I would not be surprised to see the Chargers get a wide receiver to pair with McConkey next year.

No rookies. Plus it was super boring anyway, so let’s move on.

Bo Nix (13/22 for 144 yards and a touchdown along with four rushes for 43 yards), Troy Franklin (two receptions for 54 yards and a touchdown), and Devaughn Vele (catching zero of his two targets) have been bounced from the playoffs. Bo has had an incredible and surprising season and I hate to see it end this way.
Keon Coleman played on the other side of this game and caught one pass for five yards. Ray Davis also had a single carry for three yards, even though this game was mostly a blowout.

No rookies and super boring again. Next!

Jayden Daniels was the rookie star of the show here, completing 24 of his 35 passes for 268 yards and a touchdown. Daniels also ran the ball 13 times for 36 yards. I truly cannot wait to see him compete against the Detroit Lions next week.
On the Buccaneers side, Bucky Irving finished his amazing campaign with a 17 rush, 77 yard performance. He also caught two passes for six yards and a touchdown. Jalen McMillan caught two passes for 41 yards.
Vikings 9 Rams 27
Jalen Nailor participated! He caught three passes for 33 yards. I assume he will continue to be a productive WR3 next year. For the record, this is the only Getty image proving Jalen Nailor was even at the game.
And then there were four. We are down to Jayden Daniels and Xavier Worthy as true impact, players while Buffalo has Keon Coleman and Ray Davis as possible contributors.
Enjoy the games this weekend!
