How’s it going fellow betting enthusiasts, Mr. Fantasy Dimes here with another fire wager and picks piece for UFC Vegas 11. The goal here is to provide you with some insight into who I am going with on my bets and wagers for UFC Vegas 11 on Saturday the 19th 2020. I can’t remember last time the UFC had a card this stacked, much less on a free card!!! Lucky us! Let’s see what we have for you today.

Gerald Meerschaert vs Khamzat Chimaev

This fight is one that has the fans excited to see one of the UFCs hottest prospects. The Swedish Chimaev enters the octagon with a record of 8-0 and coming off two landslide victories while at fight island in a two-week turnaround. Don’t quote me on this but I want to say his total ring time between those two victories was less than three minutes total. Chimaev is a ground and pound specialist in the purest sense. The idea here is that he hasn’t fought someone of Meerschaerts level. I don’t think that Meerschaert is that much of a step up from his previous fights. And with youth and style advantage I can see Chimaev taking Meerschaert down and doing his usual form of punishment until the fight is stopped. Chimaev ML is at -420 so instead of taking the moneyline look for the rounds under 1.5 at a much nicer -115 or even Chimaev within the distance.

Ryan Spann vs Johnny Walker

This is the battle of two giants as both are over 6 foot 5 inches. Spann is entering the bout riding an 8 fight win streak and Walker is trying to rectify his career after dropping his last two fights. Walker has taken to Ireland to work on his craft with the world-famous trainer John Kavanagh (Conor McGregor’s coach) and according to new out of their camp, Johnny is looking better than ever. Spann is a great fighter but in comparing both of their fighting styles its clear that Johnny has an advantage in speed and power. I’m looking for Johnny Walker to finish this fight with a stoppage and get his career going again. I like the Johnny Walker Moneyline on this one at -128.

Tyron Woodley vs Colby Covington

Rarely do we to watch a fight where both fighters genuinely dislike each other, and that’s the case here. There’s been a ton of trash-talking between the former training partners. Colby had to switch camps and has improved a lot since his loss to the current champ. Meanwhile, Woodley has been busy with other endeavors as he has been on Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s TV Series, “Titan” and working on his rap career. Woodley at 38 years old has dropped 2 straight and hasn’t looked the same since his loss to Usman as well. Because of their hatred for each other, I see them both looking for the stoppage. In this bout, I like the under for the rounds. The current odds are Under 4.5 rounds at +165 which is very juicy!!!
