MLB DFS Pitcher Chart & Lineup Advice – 7/3/2017

The pitcher chart is located under my top plays!
Top Plays
Stephen Strasburg
If you’re able, play the all day slate so you can pitch Strasburg in your lineup. He’s the top option of the day, has the lowest OTT and is the second largest favorite. The Mets are a good offense against righties, and this is no cakewalk for Strasburg, but there are no aces on the slate who I trust. I’m paying for Strasburg in both cash games and tournaments and hoping his talent can keep the Mets offense off the board.
Andrew Moore
On the main slate, there are no pitchers I want to pitch. I don’t feel safe with any, and when this happens, I frequently pay down. It’s much easier to still cash if your pitcher gets blown up when the pitcher is cheap. Andrew Moore costs only $5,500 on DraftKings. This price also allows us to pay for quite a few Coors bats. Moore threw 100 pitches in his first start this year and scored 18.2 DK points against the Tigers. He has the lowest OTT on the slate, and is pitching in a good ballpark. The Royals strike out 20.7% of the time and have the sixth worst wRC+. Moore isn’t safe, but he’s cheap and has some key run prevention stats working in his favor.
